液体輸送要素のセグメントの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在するワイヤのセグメントであって、ワイヤのセグメントが、加熱部分を含むワイヤの複数のコイルを備える加熱要素を画定し、加熱部分において、コイルが可変ピッチを画定する、ワイヤのセグメントと、を備え、
コイルの可変ピッチが、複数の外側区分で最大となり、外側区分の間に位置付けられる中央区分で最小となる、噴霧器。
ワイヤが、液体輸送要素の長手方向の長さに沿って連続的に延在し、加熱要素を含む複数の加熱要素を画定する、いずれかの先行または後続の実施形態に記載の噴霧器。
エアロゾル前駆体組成物を保持するように構成される液溜め基材であって、噴霧器が、液溜め基材と接触する、液溜め基材と、
導流体を通って延在する開孔を画定する該導流体であって、開孔が加熱要素の加熱部分の中央区分と整列されている、導流体と、を備える、エアロゾル生成組立体。
液体輸送要素を提供することと、
ワイヤを提供することと、
ワイヤが液体輸送要素の長手方向の長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在し、少なくとも1つの加熱要素を画定するようにワイヤを液体輸送要素と連結させることと、を含み、加熱要素が、加熱部分を含むワイヤの複数のコイルを備え、加熱部分において、コイルが可変ピッチを画定し、
コイルの可変ピッチが、複数の外側区分で最大となり、外側区分の間に位置付けられる中央区分で最小となる、方法。
加熱要素の接触部分と第1の発熱体端子及び第2の発熱体端子とをそれぞれ係合することと、を更に含む、いずれかの先行または後続の実施形態に記載の方法。
Claims (28)
- エアロゾル送達デバイスのための噴霧器であって、
第1の液体輸送要素端と第2の液体輸送要素端との間に延在する、液体輸送要素のセグメントと、
前記液体輸送要素のセグメントの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在するワイヤのセグメントであって、前記ワイヤのセグメントが、加熱部分を含む前記ワイヤの複数のコイルを備える加熱要素を画定し、前記加熱部分において、前記コイルが可変ピッチを画定する、ワイヤのセグメントと、を備え、
前記コイルの前記可変ピッチが複数の外側区分で最大となり、外側区分の間に位置付けられる中央区分で最小となる、前記噴霧器。 - 前記加熱要素が複数の接触部分を更に備え、前記加熱部分が前記接触部分の間に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが第1のピッチを画定する複数の端部コイルを更に画定し、前記接触部分が前記端部コイルの間に位置付けられ、前記第1のピッチよりも小さい第2のピッチを画定する、請求項2に記載の噴霧器。
- 第1の発熱体端子及び第2の発熱体端子を更に備え、前記加熱要素の前記接触部分が前記第1の発熱体端子及び前記第2の発熱体端子のうちの1つとそれぞれ接触する、請求項2に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが、前記第1の液体輸送端から前記第2の液体輸送端まで連続的に延在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記噴霧器が、前記液体輸送要素及び前記ワイヤを備える部品から切断され、
前記ワイヤが、前記液体輸送要素の長手方向の長さに沿って連続的に延在し、前記加熱要素を含む複数の加熱要素を画定する、請求項5に記載の噴霧器。 - 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが、第1及び第2のワイヤ端のうちの一方または両方で、前記液体輸送要素を少なくとも部分的に通って延在する、請求項1に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記加熱要素が、前記ワイヤ端に近接して位置付けられる複数の接触部分と、前記接触部分の間に位置付けられる加熱部分とを備える、請求項7に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記接触部分の前記コイルのピッチが、前記加熱部分の前記コイルの前記可変ピッチよりも小さい、請求項8に記載の噴霧器。
- 第1及び第2の発熱体端子を更に備え、前記発熱体端子の各々が前記加熱要素の前記接触部分のうちのそれぞれ1つに固設される、請求項8に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが、前記第1の液体輸送要素端または前記第2の液体輸送要素端まで延在しない、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記ワイヤ端が、前記液体輸送要素の前記セグメントの長手方向の長さに対して実質的に横方向に前記液体輸送要素を通って延在する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧器。
- エアロゾル送達デバイスのためのエアロゾル生成組立体であって、請求項1に記載の噴霧器を備え、更に、
エアロゾル前駆体組成物を保持するように構成される液溜め基材であって、前記噴霧器が、前記液溜め基材と接触する、液溜め基材と、
中を通って延在する開孔を画定する導流体であって、前記開孔が前記加熱要素の前記加熱部分の中央区分と整列されている、導流体と、を備える、前記エアロゾル生成組立体。 - 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが、前記第1の液体輸送端から前記第2の液体輸送端まで連続的に延在する、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが、第1及び第2のワイヤ端のうちの一方または両方で、前記液体輸送要素の前記セグメントを少なくとも部分的に通って延在する、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 前記コイルの前記可変ピッチが、複数の外側区分で最大となり、前記外側区分の間の前記中央区分で最小となる、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 前記加熱要素が複数の接触部分を更に備え、前記加熱部分が前記接触部分の間に位置付けられている、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 前記ワイヤの前記セグメントが第1のピッチを画定する複数の端部コイルを更に画定し、前記接触部分が前記端部コイルの間に位置付けられ、前記第1のピッチよりも小さい第2のピッチを画定する、請求項17に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 第1の発熱体端子及び第2の発熱体端子を更に備え、前記加熱要素の前記接触部分が前記第1の発熱体端子及び前記第2の発熱体端子のうちの1つとそれぞれ接触する、請求項17に記載のエアロゾル生成組立体。
- 噴霧器を形成する方法であって、
液体輸送要素を提供することと、
ワイヤを提供することと、
前記ワイヤが前記液体輸送要素の長手方向の長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って延在し、少なくとも1つの加熱要素を画定するように前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素と連結することと、を含み、前記加熱要素は加熱部分を含む前記ワイヤの複数のコイルを備え、前記加熱部分において、前記コイルが可変ピッチを画定し、
前記コイルの前記可変ピッチが、複数の外側区分で最大となり、前記外側区分の間に位置付けられる中央区分で最小となる、前記方法。 - 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、前記加熱要素が複数の接触部分を備えるようにワイヤを巻き付けることを含み、前記加熱部分が前記接触部分の間に位置付けられている、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1の発熱体端子及び第2の発熱体端子を提供することと、
前記加熱要素の前記接触部分と前記第1の発熱体端子及び前記第2の発熱体端子とをそれぞれ係合することと、を更に含む、請求項21に記載の方法。 - 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、第1のピッチを画定する複数の端部コイルを画定するように前記ワイヤを巻き付けることを更に含み、前記接触部分が、前記端部コイルの間に位置付けられ、前記第1のピッチよりも小さい第2のピッチを画定する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、第1の液体輸送端から第2の液体輸送端まで前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素の周りに連続的に巻き付けることを含む、請求項20〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、複数の加熱要素を画定することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記液体輸送要素及び前記ワイヤを、前記加熱要素のうちの1つ及び前記液体輸送要素のセグメントをそこから分離するように切断することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、第1のワイヤ端を前記液体輸送要素に少なくとも部分的に通して挿入することと、前記ワイヤ及び前記液体輸送要素のうちの少なくとも1つを回転させることと、を含む、請求項20〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤを前記液体輸送要素に連結させることが、第2のワイヤ端を前記液体輸送要素に少なくとも部分的に通して挿入することを更に含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
