− ガラスセラミックを有し、かつ0℃〜250℃の範囲において最大でも20ppm、好ましくは最大でも15ppm、さらに好ましくは最大でも10ppmの熱膨張率を有する低温適用のためのコンポーネント。好ましくは、ガラスセラミックを有し、かつ50℃〜−273℃の範囲において最大でも20ppm、好ましくは最大でも15ppm、さらに好ましくは最大でも10ppmの熱膨張率を有する低温適用のためのコンポーネント。“最大でもxppmの熱膨張率を有する”との表現は、規定される温度範囲内で、供試体の長さが出発温度t0で測定された長さからxppm未満外れることを意味する。
− −250℃〜−225℃の範囲において最大でも+/−0.6ppm/K、好ましくは最大でも+/−0.5ppm/Kを有する低温適用のためのコンポーネント。
− −50℃〜−180℃、好ましくは−20℃〜−190℃の範囲において+/−0.1ppm/K未満のCTE、好ましくは+/−0.05ppm/K未満のCTEを有する低温適用のためのコンポーネント。
を有するリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩(LAS)系のガラスセラミックが好ましい。

Claims (13)
- 0℃〜−250℃の範囲で最大でも20ppmの熱膨張率を有し、
−250℃〜−225℃の範囲で最大でも + / − 0.6ppm/KのCTEを有し、
−50℃〜−180℃の範囲で + / − 0.1ppm/K未満のCTEを有し、
以下の組成(酸化物ベースで質量%において):
SiO 2 35〜70
Al 2 O 3 17〜35
Li 2 O 2〜6
TiO 2 0〜6
ZrO 2 0〜6
TiO 2 +ZrO 2 0.5〜9
ZnO 0.5〜5
を有するリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスセラミックを有する、低温適用のためのコンポーネント。 - −250℃〜−225℃の範囲で最大でも + / − 0.5ppm/KのCTEを有する、請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- −50℃〜−180℃の範囲で + / − 0.05ppm/K未満のCTEを有する、請求項1または2に記載のコンポーネント。
- −20℃〜−190℃の範囲で + / − 0.1ppm/K未満のCTEを有する、請求項1または2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネント全体にわたるCTEの均質性が10ppb/K pv(peak−to−valley)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネント。
- 軽量構造を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネント。
- 表面が少なくとも部分的にエッチングされている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記少なくとも部分的にエッチングされている表面が、少なくとも50μm、及び/又は、最大でも120μmの除去される層厚を有する、請求項7に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記ガラスセラミックコンポーネントが、100cm 3 当たり最大でも5つのインクルージョンを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記インクルージョンが、0.3mm超の直径を有する気泡と微結晶の両方を包含する、請求項9に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記ガラスセラミックに加えて少なくとも1つのCFRPを有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記ガラスセラミックのdl/l−T曲線を調整する工程を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネントの製造法。
- 衛星技術における、宇宙望遠鏡のための基板として、及び/又は測定技術における、−273.15℃〜−150℃の範囲の周囲温度での、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のコンポーネントの使用。
