Description
Claims (9)
- 電池パックを備える産業車両であって、
前記電池パックの近傍に配置される発熱機器を備え、
前記電池パックは、電池モジュールと、耐熱性を有する耐熱部材と、を筐体内に収容し、
前記筐体内では、前記耐熱部材が前記電池モジュールよりも前記発熱機器に近接する箇所に配置され、
前記発熱機器は前記筐体の外部に設けられている、産業車両。 - 前記発熱機器は、モータである、請求項1に記載の産業車両。
- 前記電池モジュールは、前記筐体の壁部に接触した状態で取り付けられている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の産業車両。
- 前記耐熱部材は、前記筐体内での配線部材であり、前記筐体の壁部に対して隙間をあけた状態で取り付けられている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の産業車両。
- 前記電池パックは、前記産業車両のカウンタウエイトとして機能し、
前記耐熱部材は、ウエイト部材であり、前記筐体の壁部に取り付けられている、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の産業車両。 - 前記電池パックは、前記産業車両のカウンタウエイトとして機能し、
前記耐熱部材として、前記配線部材を前記筐体の壁部に対して隙間をあけた状態で取り付け、且つ、前記耐熱部材としてウエイト部材を前記筐体の壁部に取り付ける、請求項4に記載の産業車両。 - 前記筐体内において、前記ウエイト部材は、前記配線部材に比して前記発熱機器に近接する箇所に配置されている、請求項6に記載の産業車両。
- 前記耐熱部材であるウエイト部材は、ダミーモジュールとして前記電池モジュールの外形状と略同じ形状に形成される、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の産業車両。
- 電池パックを備える産業車両であって、
前記電池パックの近傍に配置される発熱機器を備え、
前記電池パックは、電池モジュールを筐体内に収容し、
前記産業車両は、所定温度以下の低温環境で使用され、
前記筐体内では、前記電池モジュールが前記筐体内に収容される前記電池モジュール以外の部材よりも前記発熱機器に近接する箇所に配置され、
前記発熱機器は前記筐体の外部に設けられている、産業車両。
