Claims (3)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記ロッドに取り付けられるチャンバホルダと、
一端が前記チャンバホルダに径方向に遊びを持って嵌合される筒状の第一チャンバ部材と、
一端が前記チャンバホルダに固定して取り付けられ第一チャンバ部材の外周に配置されるとともに内部が第一チャンバ部材内に連通される筒状の第二チャンバ部材と、
前記シリンダに取り付けられて前記第一チャンバ部材の内周に摺接するエアピストンと、
前記第二チャンバ部材の他端に固定して取り付けられて前記第一チャンバ部材の他端が径方向に遊びを持って嵌合されるとともに、前記第一チャンバ部材と前記第二チャンバ部材の間の環状隙間を閉鎖する閉鎖部材とを備え、
前記チャンバホルダ、前記第一チャンバ部材、前記第二チャンバ部材、前記エアピストンおよび前記閉鎖部材によりエアばねとして機能するエア室が形成される
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記閉鎖部材は、前記シリンダの外周に摺接して、前記エアピストンとの間に反力ばね室を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記反力ばね室は、内部に封入された気体により前記エアばねとは反対方向の附勢力を発揮する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。
