Abstract
Description
内視鏡1の構成について、説明をする。
図2は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係わる、内視鏡リプロセッサ6の処理槽6a、内視鏡1及び内視鏡接続チューブ11の一例を示す図である。図3は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係わる、内視鏡接続チューブ11の第2接続部31の内部構成例を説明する説明図である。図3では、外装32の軸方向に切断した切断面が表される。
内視鏡接続チューブ11の構成について、説明をする。
続いて、本実施形態の内視鏡接続チューブ11の作用について、説明をする。
第1の実施形態では、第2接続部31に送液指標35が設けられるが、第1接続部41に送液指標45が設けられても構わない。
Claims (7)
- チューブと、
前記チューブの第1端部に設けられ、内視鏡口金に接続される第1接続部と、
前記チューブの第2端部に設けられ、送液装置に接続される第2接続部と、
前記第1接続部及び前記第2接続部の少なくとも一方に配置され、
外装、
前記外装に設けられた露出孔、
前記外装内に配置され、前記チューブに連通する流路、
前記外装内に配置され、前記流路内圧が所定値以上になると前記外装表面方向に向けて凸反り状態となり、前記流路内圧が所定値未満になっても前記凸反り状態で留まる可動部、及び
前記可動部に当たるように配置され、前記可動部が前記凸反り状態になることにより前記露出孔から突出する目印、を含む送液指標と、
前記目印をスライドさせて前記可動部を押すことで前記凸反り状態を解除する解除部と、
前記外装に設けられ、前記解除部が挿入される挿入路と、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡接続チューブ。 - 前記可動部は、可撓性を有する板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。
- 前記目印は、基端が前記可動部に当たるように配置され、外周部から前記挿入路へ向けて突出し、前記挿入路へ向かうに従って前記基端の方向へ傾斜するように形成したテーパ部を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。
- 前記外装は、内周部を周回するように設けた保持部を有し、
前記可動部は、前記保持部に周縁を保持される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。 - 前記送液指標は、
前記挿入路と対向するように一端に位置されたつまみ、及び、他端に配置された爪を備えた固定部、
前記つまみと前記爪との間に配置されることで、前記つまみを前記外装に押し付けると前記爪が前記外装から離れるように前記固定部を前記外装に接続する支持部、ならびに
前記つまみに凸設され、前記つまみが前記外装に押し付けられることによって前記挿入路から前記外装内に進入し、前記目印を前記可動部に向けてスライドさせて前記可動部を押すことで前記凸反り状態を解除する前記解除部、を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。 - 前記外装は、内周部の周壁の一部に形成された貫通孔の周囲に、凹状に形成された保持部を有し、
前記可動部は、前記保持部に周縁を保持される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。 - 前記外装は、外装本体とスライドロックを有し、
前記スライドロックは、四角形筒状に形成されたケースと、前記ケースにスライド自在に内挿され、前記外装本体の外周部に取り付けられたスライド板と、を有し、
前記送液指標は、前記ケース内側から前記挿入路へ向けて突出し、かつ前記スライド板のスライドによって前記挿入路に挿入できるように形成された前記解除部を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡接続チューブ。
