Claims (6)
- コンデンサ素子を収納する外装ケースと、
前記外装ケース内のガスを通過させる貫通孔の周囲に、外周側部分よりも前記コンデンサ素子側に突出するとともに凹部を備えた阻止壁が形成されて、前記外装ケースを封口する封口部材と、
前記封口部材の前記阻止壁よりも前記コンデンサ素子側に突出して前記貫通孔を閉塞する弁機能部とともに、前記貫通孔に嵌合する本体部を備えた弁体とを備え、
前記本体部が、前記貫通孔の内側面に押圧されて前記貫通孔に嵌合させた第一の環状壁部と、前記第一の環状壁部よりも外周側で前記凹部と嵌合する第二の環状壁部とを備え、
前記第二の環状壁部の内周面が前記凹部の前記貫通孔側の側面部を押圧し、かつ、前記第二の環状壁部の外周面が前記凹部の外周面を押圧し、前記弁体が前記封口部材に固定されているとともに前記阻止壁に包囲されることで電解液が阻止されることを特徴とするコンデンサ。 - 前記封口部材は、さらに、前記貫通孔の開口縁部から内径方向に突出する係止突部を備え、
前記本体部は前記係止突部に鉤止する鉤止部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンデンサ。 - 前記本体部は、前記凹部に挿入された際に圧縮される挿入固定部を備え、該挿入固定部が、内径方向に変形させて前記封口部材に圧接させる単一または複数の突部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記封口部材は、前記貫通孔の前記外装ケース外面側の開口部に防湿弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかの請求項に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記防湿弁は、前記開口部を塞ぐ上面部に、外装ケース内で発生したガスにより内圧が上昇したときに開放して前記ガスを放出するガス放出経路を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記防湿弁は、前記ガス放出経路とその周辺が外側に向かって突出する突出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコンデンサ。
