Claims (23)
- ユーザにより装着されるように構成された装着可能な電子デバイスであって、
ハウジング、
患者の血管アクセス部位の画像を取得するように構成された前記ハウジングに関連付けられた少なくとも1つの撮像センサ、
前記ハウジングと一体に形成された、またはそれに関連付けられた拡張現実ディスプレイ
を備え、
前記デバイスは、前記少なくとも1つの撮像センサで、前記患者の前記血管アクセス部位の画像を取得するように構成され、前記画像を処理して、前記画像内の静脈から穿刺のための静脈の位置を決定し、前記拡張現実ディスプレイを介して、前記血管アクセス部位の前記ユーザの視野内で、仮想トレースが穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置を覆うように見えるように、穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置の前記仮想トレースを前記ユーザに表示することを特徴とする装着可能な電子デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの撮像センサおよび拡張現実ディスプレイを管理するためのマイクロプロセッサと、前記少なくとも1つの撮像センサから画像を取得し、処理するためのプログラムをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、前記ユーザによる入力または操作作業なしに、自動的に前記画像を取得し、処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記拡張現実ディスプレイは、前記ユーザにハンズフリー方式で前記仮想トレースを提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、解剖学的マーカを識別することによって、穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置を決定するために前記画像を処理し、前記解剖学的マーカの位置に基づいて穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記解剖学的マーカは、以下のもの、すなわち、手首、指、親指、肘、肩、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせの少なくとも1つを含む前記患者の体上の物理的な位置、および前記患者の皮膚上に提供された、または包帯に塗られる外部的に適用されたマーカのうちの1つまたは複数のものを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記仮想トレースは、静脈の異なるサイズに従って、挿入のための好ましいカテーテルの太さを示すために色分けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、頭部装着型コンピュータであり、前記拡張現実ディスプレイは、仮想レイヤを前記ユーザの視野に投影するように構成された投影プリズムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記仮想レイヤは、前記仮想トレースおよびユーザインタフェースを含み、前記ユーザインタフェースは、患者情報部分、穿刺のための前記静脈に関連する侵襲性アクセスデバイスの位置を示す概略図、侵襲性アクセスデバイス情報部分、またはそれらの任意の組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング内に封入された、またはそれと関連付けられた皮下の照明器をさらに備え、前記皮下の照明器は、前記患者の皮膚に向けたとき、皮下構造の可視性を向上させる放射線ビームを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記放射線ビームは、電球、発光ダイオード、レーザーダイオード、レーザーライトチューブ、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせによって提供されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記ユーザが、前記装着可能な電子デバイスに手動でデータを入力できるようにする周辺データ入力デバイスをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記周辺データ入力デバイスは、モーションセンサ、ジャイロスコープ、圧力センサ、加速度計、タッチパッド、タッチスクリーン、またはそれらの任意の組合せであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスの前記ハウジング内に電源をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 外部電子デバイスにデータを送る、またはデータをそこから受け取るためのデータ送信インタフェースをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記データ送信インタフェースは、患者データシステムにデータを送り、およびそこからデータを受け取るように構成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- 前記患者データシステムから受け取られた情報は、実施される侵襲性処置に関する情報、特定の処置に必要な侵襲性アクセスデバイスに関する情報、または前記患者に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装着可能な電子デバイス。
- ハウジング、および前記ハウジングと一体に形成された、またはそれに関連付けられた拡張現実ディスプレイを備え、ユーザにより装着されるように構成された装着可能な電子デバイスと、
血管アクセス部位にごく近接した皮下構造の画像を提供するための外部の皮下撮像デバイスと
を備えたシステムであって、
前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、前記皮下撮像デバイスにより取得された画像を処理して、穿刺のための静脈の位置を決定し、前記拡張現実ディスプレイを介して、前記血管アクセス部位の前記ユーザの視野内で、仮想トレースが穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置を覆うように見えるように、穿刺のための前記静脈の前記位置の前記仮想トレースを前記ユーザに表示するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記外部の皮下撮像デバイスは、以下のもの、すなわち、超音波モニタ、赤外線モニタ、磁気共鳴撮像モニタ、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、前記血管アクセス部位の画像を取得するための前記ハウジングと関連付けられた1つまたは複数の撮像センサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、前記1つまたは複数の撮像センサにより取り込まれた前記血管アクセス部位の前記画像を処理して、前記仮想トレースの位置決めを決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記皮下撮像デバイスにより提供された画像は、実時間で前記装着可能な電子デバイスの前記拡張現実ディスプレイを介して、前記ユーザに表示されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管アクセス部位の皮下画像は、前記装着可能な電子デバイスのデータ記憶媒体に記憶されるか、またはデータ送信インタフェースを介して外部データ記憶デバイスに送信され、前記画像は、将来の血管アクセス処置のための将来の血管アクセス部位を決定するためにアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
