Claims (4)
- 電解質、燃料極、空気極及び支持体をそれぞれ備えるセルが複数積層される燃料電池のシール構造であって、
前記支持体は前記セルの発電部を支持する支持部及び、前記発電部の外側に位置して互いに隣接するセル相互間のシールを行うシール部を備え、
互いに隣接する前記シール部相互間に位置し、一方の当該シール部の外周側に位置する外側壁部及び、他方の当該シール部の前記外側壁部よりも前記発電部側に位置する内側壁部と、
前記外側壁部と前記内側壁部との間に設けられ、当該両壁部を互いに離れる方向に押し付ける弾性体と、
前記外側壁部と前記内側壁部との少なくともいずれか一方と前記弾性体との間に設けられるシール材と、を有することを特徴とする燃料電池のシール構造。 - 前記弾性体は、板材で構成され、前記外側壁部を押し付ける外板部と、前記内側壁部を押し付ける内板部と、前記外板部と前記内板部とをつなぐ湾曲部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池のシール構造。
- 前記弾性体の前記湾曲部と反対側に形成される開口部は、前記複数のセルを積層した状態で、前記支持体同士が突き合わされる突き合わせ部と前記セルの積層方向で同じ側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池のシール構造。
- 前記弾性体の前記外板部及び前記内板部は、互いに隣接する前記支持体の前記シール部相互間の中央に位置する部位が、前記外側壁部及び前記内側壁部に向けて、それぞれ突出するように湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の燃料電池のシール構造。
