Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態を示す湾曲加工材料と圧延ローラの縦断面図であり、(a)は湾曲加工前、(b)は湾曲加工後を示している。また、図2は、湾曲加工が完了した湾曲加工材料の斜視図である。
本発明に係る湾曲加工方法は、例えば2本の並行に配置された圧延ローラ1,2の間に、アルミ合金や鋼等の金属材料からなる長尺状の湾曲加工材料Wを送り込み、この湾曲加工材料Wを圧延ローラ1,2で圧延しながら湾曲させるものである。

このようにすれば、湾曲加工材料Wの湾曲加工後の断面形状や湾曲半径から、初期形状の各部の厚さ寸法を容易且つ確実に設定することができる。
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態を示す圧延加工装置の正面図であり、図4は圧延加工装置でL形断面の湾曲加工材料を湾曲加工している状態を示す正面図である。
この圧延加工装置10は、例えばアルミ合金や鋼等の金属でできた長尺状の湾曲加工材料Waを圧延することができる。図3、図4に示す湾曲加工材料Waは、例えば90度の挟み角をなす2つの板厚部w1,w2を有するL形断面のものである。圧延加工装置10は、これらの板厚部w1,w2を同時に圧延加工することができる。

Claims (2)
- 長尺状、且つ角度の異なる複数の板厚部を有する金属の湾曲加工材料の、2つ以上の前記板厚部を同時に圧延加工可能な圧延加工装置であって、
前記板厚部の一方の面に圧接される一方の圧延ローラと、前記板厚部の他方の面に圧接される他方の圧延ローラと、を含む圧延ローラユニットを複数備え、
複数の前記圧延ローラユニットのうち一の前記圧延ローラユニットは、該一の前記圧延ローラユニットと異なる他の前記圧延ローラユニットが板厚方向に圧延する前記板厚部と異なる前記板厚部を板厚方向に圧延することを特徴とする圧延加工装置。 - 長尺状、且つ角度の異なる複数の板厚部を有する金属の湾曲加工材料を複数の圧延ローラの間に送り、該湾曲加工材料を前記圧延ローラで圧延しながら湾曲させる湾曲加工方法であって、
前記湾曲加工材料の初期形状を、直線状、もしくは目標とする湾曲半径寸法よりも大きな湾曲半径寸法を有する湾曲形状とし、
前記湾曲加工材料の湾曲半径方向に沿う断面の厚さの初期形状の寸法のうち、湾曲半径内周部の厚さ寸法を湾曲加工完了時の目標厚さ寸法に設定し、湾曲半径外周部の厚さ寸法を、前記目標厚さ寸法に、前記湾曲加工材料の湾曲加工完了時の外周半径寸法を内周半径寸法で除した数値を乗じた寸法に設定し、
前記湾曲加工材料を前記圧延ローラ間に送って圧延することにより、
前記湾曲半径方向外側の領域の圧延量を内側の領域の圧延量よりも大きくして前記湾曲加工材料を前記初期形状から目標とする湾曲半径寸法に湾曲させることを特徴とする湾曲加工方法。
