Description
図1および図2を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る傾動装置を洗浄装置に適用した例について説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る傾動装置14を備える洗浄装置10の内部構造を示す側面図、図2は図1に示す洗浄装置10の内部構造を示す平面図である。なお、図1において、左側が洗浄装置10の前方、右側が洗浄装置10の後方であり、図2において、下側が洗浄装置10の前方、上側が洗浄装置10の後方である。
割出しテーブル13を回転するときは、第1の係合部材39と第2の係合部材49とが係合した状態(図6)において、モータ36を原点位置に回転割出しする。続いて方向切替え弁66を切り換え、圧縮空気を第1室46aに導入してピストン47を上昇させる(図3)。このとき、係合片63が受容溝49hに噛合う。センサ42はドグ64を検出する。そしてコントローラは、ピストン47の上昇を確認する。コントローラはシャッタ18を開け、続いて割出しテーブル13を旋回させる。
本実施形態では、動力伝達機構14bが上下方向に動作する構成としたので、駆動機構14aを構成する第1の係合部材39を上下動させるための機構を設ける必要がない。よって、駆動機構14aの構成を従来と比べて簡単にすることができ、かつ、小型化を図ることができる。これにより、割出しテーブル13の下方のスペースが十分でない場合であっても、駆動機構14aを基台11に取り付けることができる。そのため、例えば傾動装置14を洗浄装置10に適用する場合、洗浄装置10の設計の自由度が高まる。
図7を参照して、第2実施形態の傾動装置114について説明する。図7は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る傾動装置の縦断面図である。図7に示すように、本実施形態の傾動装置114は、駆動軸36aの回転中心となる第1軸5と、出力軸59bの回転中心となる第2軸6とが水平方向に同軸上に配置されている。そして、減速装置160は、傘歯車機構を含まない。また、第1の係合部材139は、受容部139aを備え、第2の係合部材149は、係合部149aを備えている。傾動装置114は、上記3点で大きく異なっているが、その他の部分は第1実施形態の傾動装置14と実質的に同じである。以下の説明においては、第1実施形態の傾動装置14と異なる部分について詳細に説明し、第1実施形態と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 対象物を傾動する傾動装置であって、
第1軸の周りに回転する駆動軸を有する駆動装置、および前記第1軸上に配置されて前記駆動軸と一体で回転する第1の係合部材を有する駆動機構と、
前記第1軸上に配置されて前記第1の係合部材と係脱可能な第2の係合部材、前記第1軸上に配置され、一端側が前記第2の係合部材に挿入されると共に、前記第2の係合部材と一体で前記第1軸の周りに回転可能なプロペラシャフト、前記第2の係合部材を前記第1軸の方向に沿って第1の位置と第2の位置との間で往復動させるピストン、および前記プロペラシャフトの他端側と連結して前記プロペラシャフトの回転を減速すると共に、前記対象物と連結する出力軸を第2軸の回りに回転させる減速装置を有する動力伝達機構と、を備え、

前記第2軸は前記第1軸と直交する方向に配置され、
前記複数の歯車は、前記プロペラシャフトの他端側の端部と噛合する第1の傘歯車と、前記第1の傘歯車と噛合する第2の傘歯車とを含む傾動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の傾動装置であって、
前記第1軸と前記第2軸とは同軸上に配置される傾動装置。
