また、本発明は、蛍光燐光検知装置であって、紙葉類上に所定波長の励起光を照射する光源と前記励起光によって励起された蛍光発光及び燐光発光を受光する受光部とを有する蛍光燐光センサと、前記光源から照射する励起光の光量を制御する光源制御部と、前記受光部で受光した光に応じて前記蛍光燐光センサから出力される出力信号のデータを取得するデータ取得部と、前記光源から励起光を照射している間に取得された前記データに基づいて蛍光発光を検知すると共に、前記励起光の照射を停止した後に取得された前記データに基づいて燐光発光を検知する発光検知部とを備え、前記光源制御部が前記光源を制御して所定光量の励起光を照射している間に、前記データ取得部が蛍光発光のデータを取得して、前記光源制御部が前記光源を制御して前記励起光の光量を前記所定光量から増大させた後に前記励起光の照射を停止してから、前記データ取得部が燐光発光のデータを取得することを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 紙葉類上に所定波長の励起光を照射する光源と前記励起光によって励起された蛍光発光及び燐光発光を受光する受光部とを有する蛍光燐光センサと、
前記受光部で受光した光に応じて前記蛍光燐光センサから出力される出力信号の時系列波形を取得するデータ取得部と、
前記光源から励起光を照射している間に取得した時系列波形に基づいて蛍光発光を検知すると共に、前記励起光の照射を停止した後に取得した時系列波形上に表れる減衰波形の特徴に基づいて燐光発光を検知する発光検知部と、
前記蛍光燐光センサが蛍光発光及び燐光発光のいずれを測定対象としているかに応じて、前記光源から照射する励起光の光量を制御する光源制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする蛍光燐光検知装置。 - 前記蛍光燐光センサは前記受光部を複数個有しており、
前記データ取得部は受光部毎に時系列波形を取得して、
前記発光検知部は、受光部毎に、対応する時系列波形に基づいて蛍光発光及び燐光発光を検知する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。 - 前記蛍光燐光センサは、前記受光部のそれぞれに対応して配置された、所定波長域の光のみを透過させる複数の受光フィルタを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記データ取得部は、前記蛍光燐光センサから出力される出力信号が、蛍光発光及び燐光発光のいずれを測定対象としているかに応じて、前記出力信号の増幅率を変更することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記データ取得部は、蛍光受光用の増幅回路及び燐光受光用の増幅回路の2つの独立した増幅回路を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記データ取得部は1つの増幅回路を有し、前記出力信号が、蛍光発光及び燐光発光のいずれを測定対象としているかに応じて、前記増幅回路の増幅率を変更することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記光源制御部は、前記紙葉類上の同じ領域上で1回の測定を行う間に、蛍光発光を励起するための光量で励起光を照射した後、燐光発光を励起するための光量で励起光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記減衰波形の特徴として、前記減衰波形を指数関数で近似して得られた時定数を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 前記光源制御部は、前記励起光によって励起された蛍光発光を測定して得られる前記蛍光燐光センサの出力信号と、前記蛍光発光が励起された領域上で燐光発光を励起して得られる前記蛍光燐光センサの出力信号とに基づいて、前記励起光の光量を調整することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蛍光燐光検知装置。
- 紙葉類上に所定波長の励起光を照射する光源と前記励起光によって励起された蛍光発光及び燐光発光を受光する受光部とを有する蛍光燐光センサと、
前記光源から照射する励起光の光量を制御する光源制御部と、
前記受光部で受光した光に応じて前記蛍光燐光センサから出力される出力信号のデータを取得するデータ取得部と、
前記光源から励起光を照射している間に取得された前記データに基づいて蛍光発光を検知すると共に、前記励起光の照射を停止した後に取得された前記データに基づいて燐光発光を検知する発光検知部と
を備え、
前記光源制御部が前記光源を制御して所定光量の励起光を照射している間に、前記データ取得部が蛍光発光のデータを取得して、
前記光源制御部が前記光源を制御して前記励起光の光量を前記所定光量から増大させた後に前記励起光の照射を停止してから、前記データ取得部が燐光発光のデータを取得する
ことを特徴とする蛍光燐光検知装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載した蛍光燐光検知装置を備えることを特徴とする紙葉類処理装置。
- 紙葉類上に所定波長の励起光を照射する光源と前記励起光によって励起された蛍光発光及び燐光発光を受光する受光部とを有する蛍光燐光センサから、紙葉類で励起された発光に応じて出力される信号の時系列波形を取得するデータ取得工程と、
発光検知部により、前記光源から励起光を照射している間に取得した時系列波形に基づいて蛍光発光を検知する蛍光発光検知工程と、
前記発光検知部により、前記励起光の照射を停止した後に取得した時系列波形上に表れる減衰波形の特徴に基づいて燐光発光を検知する燐光発光検知工程と
を含み、
前記蛍光燐光センサが蛍光発光及び燐光発光のいずれを測定対象としているかに応じて、前記光源から照射する励起光の光量が制御される
ことを特徴とする蛍光燐光検知方法。
