Claims (5)
- 冷媒吸入部が具備されるシェルと、
前記シェルの内部に提供されてコイルが具備されるアウターステーターと、
前記アウターステーターから離隔されて配置されるインナーステーターと、
前記アウターステーターとインナーステーターとの間に移動可能に配置される永久磁石と、
前記冷媒吸入部で吸入された冷媒が圧縮される圧縮空間が含まれるシリンダと、
前記永久磁石に結合されて前記シリンダの内部で往復運動可能に提供されるピストンと、
前記ピストンの外周面に備えられる第1表面処理部と、
前記シリンダの内周面に備えられ、前記第1表面処理部の硬度より150Hv以上大きい硬度を有する第2表面処理部と、
を含み、
前記第1表面処理部は、PTFE(Polytetra Fluoroethylene)素材で構成され、
前記第2表面処理部は、陽極酸化皮膜(Anodizing layer)で構成される、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記ピストン及びシリンダは非磁性体で形成される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記ピストンとシリンダはアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で形成される、請求項2に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン及びシリンダのアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金は同じ材質で構成される、請求項3に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記ピストンは、
前記シリンダの内側に収容されるピストン本体と、
前記ピストン本体の半径方向に拡張されて前記永久磁石と結合されるフランジ部と、を含み、
前記第1表面処理部は前記ピストン本体の外周面に提供される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
