Description
(実施例1)
高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)40重量部と、長鎖分岐ポリエチレン(東ソー社製、商品名08S55A)60重量部とを配合し、これに再生材(回収樹脂材料)を加えて混練し、これを基材樹脂として発泡倍率2.0倍の発泡ダクトをブロー成形により成形した。なお、基材樹脂には、リン系の酸化防止剤(チバ・ジャパン社製、商品名Irgafos168)を240ppm、フェノール系の酸化防止剤(チバ・ジャパン社製、商品名Irganox1010)を160ppm添加した。また、基材樹脂に対する再生材(回収樹脂材料)の割合は重量比で85%とした。
リン系の酸化防止剤の添加量を600ppmとし、他は実施例1と同様にブロー成形を行い、発泡ダクトを成形した。
リン系の酸化防止剤の添加量を750ppmとし、他は実施例1と同様にブロー成形を行い、発泡ダクトを成形した。
酸化防止剤を添加せず、他は実施例1と同様にブロー成形を行い、発泡ダクトを成形した。
実施例2,3においては、ピンホールによる成形不良は発生しなかった。実施例1では、1週間連続成形してもピンホールによる成形不良は発生しなかったが、1週間後にピンホール不良の発生が希に見られた。
本実験では、フェノール系酸化防止剤とリン系酸化防止剤を併用し、それぞれの最適含有量について検討した。

Claims (9)
- ポリエチレン樹脂を含む樹脂材料を発泡ブロー成形することにより形成される発泡ブロー成形品であって、
前記樹脂材料は、酸化防止剤を含有し、前記酸化防止剤の総含有量が、300ppm以上であり、
前記酸化防止剤として、フェノール系酸化防止剤と、リン系酸化防止剤とを含有し、
前記フェノール系酸化防止剤の含有量が250〜750ppmであり、リン系酸化防止剤の含有量が250〜3000ppmであることを特徴とする発泡ブロー成形品。 - 前記酸化防止剤の総含有量が、500ppm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- 前記フェノール系酸化防止剤及びリン系酸化防止剤が、低分子量酸化防止剤であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- 酸化防止剤を含む樹脂材料に対して、溶融押出しを1回行った後と3回行った後のメルトフローレートの変化率が5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- 酸化防止剤を含む樹脂材料に対して、溶融押出しを1回行った後と3回行った後の溶融張力MTの変化率が−5%〜0%であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- 酸化防止剤を含む樹脂材料に対して、溶融押出しを1回行った後と3回行った後において、溶融張力MTの値が180mN±10mNであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- 車両用の空調ダクトであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の発泡ブロー成形品。
- ポリエチレン樹脂を含む樹脂材料を発泡ブロー成形する発泡ブロー成形方法であって、
ブロー成形により形成される発泡ブロー成形品における酸化防止剤の総含有量が300ppm以上、且つ酸化防止剤として、フェノール系酸化防止剤と、リン系酸化防止剤とを含有し、前記フェノール系酸化防止剤の含有量が250〜750ppm、リン系酸化防止剤の含有量が250〜3000ppmとなるような添加量で未使用樹脂に酸化防止剤を添加しておき、これを回収樹脂材料と混合して溶融混練し、発泡剤を混入することで発泡樹脂とし、当該発泡樹脂をブロー成形することを特徴とする発泡ブロー成形方法。 - 前記発泡樹脂の重量に対する前記回収樹脂材料の割合が、70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の発泡ブロー成形方法。
