Description
Claims (18)
- 使い捨て試験ユニット(10)をレーザ溶着するための方法であって、
a)ベース要素(14)およびカバー要素(16)を積み重ねて設けるステップか、または、前記ベース要素(14)と、前記カバー要素(16)と、前記ベース要素(14)および前記カバー要素(16)の間に設けられた中間要素(22)とを積み重ねて設けるステップであって、前記要素の1つがレーザ光線の照射を吸収するように構成された吸収性要素であり、前記要素の他の少なくとも1つが前記レーザ照射に対し透過性を有する透明要素であるステップと、
b)前記少なくとも1つの透明要素を通過して前記吸収性要素に対して、レーザ光線を溶着領域(12)に向けるステップと、
c)体液を受容するように構成された試験ユニット(10)を形成するために、前記透明要素および前記吸収性要素を互いに融着させるステップと、
を含み、
d)ステップa)の前記要素(14、16)の1つに、試験実行時に前記体液中の検体に反応するように構成された化学反応層の形でコーティング(20;26)を提供し、前記コーティング(20;26)が前記溶着領域(12)を少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記レーザ照射を少なくとも部分的に吸収および/または拡散すること
を特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記コーティング(20;26)が、前記レーザ光線の衝突の際に溶融する1つまたは複数の成分を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、前記体液により湿潤されたときの、コーティングされた要素(16)の濡れ性を増加させるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(20)が界面活性剤および/または親水性成分を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(26)が光拡散粒子を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記光拡散粒子が、TiO2、BaTiO3、ZrO2、ZrSiO3、および/またはBaSO4からなる顔料である請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(26)が有機ポリマー、顔料、無機フィラーの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間要素(22)を形成するために、箔状のブランク上に化学反応層としての前記コーティング(20;26)を設けるステップ、および前記ベース要素(14)と前記カバー要素(16)との間で、前記中間要素(22)をレーザ溶着するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素(14)および/または前記カバー要素(16)に、体液の搬送のために構成された毛管チャネル(18)を形成するステップ、および前記毛管チャネル(18)の領域に、前記コーティング(20;26)を少なくとも部分的に配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素(14)および前記カバー要素(16)が、連続的または断続的な線に沿って互いに融着される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶着領域(12)が、体液を受容するように構成された前記試験ユニット(10)の区域を密閉する溶着シームとして形成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素およびカバー要素(14、16)を箔状の材料から切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素およびカバー要素(14、16)のための供給材料としての連続ウェブをロール・ツー・ロールから搬送するステップ、および複数の試験ユニット(10)を形成するために、前記連続ウェブをレーザ溶着するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記試験ユニット(10)が、手動で操作可能な試験片、またはスプールに巻き付けられることが可能な試験テープとして形成される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素(14)および前記カバー要素(16)が、全体的にレーザ光線吸収性または透過性を有する、箔状の材料から切断される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース要素およびカバー要素(14、16)をプラスチック材料から三次元に形成された部材として成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記融着させるステップが、複合体を形成するために前記要素(14、16、22)を同時に押圧するステップを含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ベース要素(14)およびカバー要素(16)の積み重ねを含むか、または、前記ベース要素(14)と、前記カバー要素(16)と、前記ベース要素(14)および前記カバー要素(16)の間に設けられた中間要素(22)との積み重ねを含む、体液分析用の使い捨て試験ユニット(10)であって、前記要素の1つがレーザ光線の照射を吸収するように構成された吸収性材料製であり、前記要素の他の少なくとも1つがレーザ照射に対し透過性を有する透明材料製であり、前記吸収性材料および透明材料が溶着領域(12)においてレーザ溶着シームに沿って互いに融着され、前記要素の少なくとも1つに、試験実行時に前記体液中の検体に反応するように構成された化学反応層の形でコーティング(20;26)が供給され、前記コーティング(20;26)が、前記溶着領域(12)を少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記レーザ照射を少なくとも部分的に吸収および/または拡散する1つまたは複数の成分を含む、使い捨て試験ユニット(10)。
