Claims (11)
- タイヤのインナーライナーにウレタンフォームを噴射して塗布するための空気注入弁結合型ウレタンフォーム噴射器具において、
ウレタンフォームが圧縮貯蔵され、内部に注入される空気によって破損されるウレタンフォーム貯蔵部と;
前記空気注入弁と結合し、前記空気注入弁から注入される空気を前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部に伝達するための注入空気伝達部と;
前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部または前記注入空気伝達部に結合する噴射ガイド部と;を備え、
前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部は、前記注入空気伝達部によって伝達された空気により破損予定部位が破損し、その結果、前記ウレタンフォームが前記噴射ガイド部によってガイドされタイヤのインナーライナーに噴射する
ことを特徴とする空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記噴射ガイド部は、前記ウレタンフォームが前記タイヤのインナーライナーのみに塗布されるようにする
請求項1に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記注入空気伝達部は、前記空気注入弁と結合するための結合部を備える
請求項1に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記結合部は、ねじ構造からなり、前記結合部のねじ構造は、空気注入弁に形成されたねじ構造と対応する
請求項3に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記注入空気伝達部は、チューブ形状からなる
請求項1に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記注入空気伝達部は、前記チューブ形状の末端に前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部が安着する安着部を備える
請求項5に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 前記噴射ガイド部は、一つ以上のプレートからなり、
前記一つ以上のプレートは、一端が前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部または前記注入空気伝達部に結合及び固定され、他端は自由端に形成され、
前記一つ以上のプレートは、噴射及び飛散するウレタンフォームを前記ウレタンフォーム塗布領域に向かってガイドすることができるように姿勢をとる
請求項2に記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - タイヤのインナーライナーにウレタンフォームを噴射して塗布するための空気注入弁結合型ウレタンフォーム噴射器具において、
ウレタンフォームが圧縮貯蔵され、内部に注入される空気によって破損されるウレタンフォーム貯蔵部と;
前記空気注入弁と結合し、前記空気注入弁から注入される空気を前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部に伝達するための注入空気伝達部と;
前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部または前記注入空気伝達部に結合する噴射ガイド部と;
前記空気注入弁と前記注入空気伝達部を互いに結合するための結合部と;を備え、
前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部は、前記注入空気伝達部により伝達された空気によって前記破損予定部位が破損し、その結果、前記ウレタンフォームが前記噴射ガイド部によってガイドされタイヤのインナーライナーに噴射される
ことを特徴とする空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタン噴射器具を備える
ことを特徴とするタイヤ空気注入モジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のタイヤ空気注入モジュールの装着されるホイール部を備える
ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具の使用方法において、
i)前記空気注入弁に前記空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具を結合する段階と;
ii)前記空気注入弁をタイヤのホイール部に装着する段階と;
iii)前記空気注入弁を通じて空気を注入する段階と;
iv) 注入された空気によって前記破損予定部位が破損する段階と;
v)前記ウレタンフォーム貯蔵部から噴射されたウレタンフォームが飛散してウレタンフォーム塗布領域上に塗布される段階と;を有する
ことを特徴とする空気注入弁結合型タイヤウレタンフォーム噴射器具の使用方法。
