背景技术
最近,随着汽车动力性能的提高,有关提高轮胎性能的研究也在积极进行中。轮胎为汽车部件中唯一与地面接触的部件,同时也是对于车辆的动力传递、方向转换、燃油经济性及制动性能引起很大影响的重要部件。轮胎除了这些基本动力性能以外,也与行驶中发生的噪音及振动性能有密切关联。尤其在发生200-250Hz的低频区域的道路噪音的主要原因为根据轮胎的驱动发生的共鸣噪音,减少这种共鸣噪音的有效方法为直接从轮胎去除共鸣噪音。轮胎以与轮圈连接的状态安装在车辆上,因此轮胎与轮圈构成一个封闭型结构,并在30-40psi的高压状态下填充空气。这种高压状.态的封闭性轮胎借助发动器输出功率做旋转,且因高速的旋转力产生共鸣噪音。最近为改善共鸣噪音,在生产轮胎上利用双面胶和甲苯系列的底漆并将附着有发泡的聚氨酯泡沫的结构的轮胎。这里常用的代表性轮胎用吸音材料的材质为将发泡聚氨酯(PU)加工而使用的。
韩国授权专利第10-0971729号(发明名称:轮胎的吸音材料附着装置,以下称为现有技术1)公开了一种轮胎的吸音材料附着装置,上述轮胎的吸音材料附着装置,其特征在于,包括:旋转工作台,能够旋转地安置固定轮胎;传送输送机,向旋转工作台持续传送一面涂敷粘合剂的吸音材料;导轨,设置于旋转工作台和传送输送机之间,将从传送输送机传送的吸音材料传输至轮胎内部;以及加压单元,以使传输至轮胎的内部的吸音材料附着于轮胎的内侧面的方式进行加压。

一种空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置的特征在于,还包括喷射引导部,喷射引导部用于使上述聚氨酯泡沫仅涂敷于轮胎的规定部位。规定部位优选地为轮胎的内衬。当然,喷射引导可以由一个部件制作,也可以由多个板构成。在由一个部件制作的情况下,可为呈越远离结合部越宽的形状。此时,变宽的程度可为根据轮胎的规定角度,此角度可根据按轮胎的规格的内衬的长度来决定,使得聚氨酯泡沫仅放置在内衬。作为一例,可呈漏斗模样,具体地可具有漏斗的入口剖面呈圆形、四边形、五边形等多种模样。
另一方面,喷射引导可以由多个部件制作。此时,构成喷射引导的各部件根据轮胎的规格维持规定的角度,此角度可根据按轮胎规格的内衬的长度来决定,使得聚氨酯泡沫仅放置在内衬。另一方面,本发明的一实施例中,喷射引导部由一个以上的板形成,一个以上的板的一端与聚氨酯泡沫储存部或上述空气传递部结合及固定,另一端以自由端的形式形成,整体上一个以上的板以将被喷射及飞散的聚氨酯泡沫向上述聚氨酯泡沫涂敷区域引导的方式定位。
当然,在聚氨酯泡沫涂敷于内衬部位以外部位的情况下,可利用聚氨酯泡沫清洁剂来去除喷射到要求部位以外的聚氨酯泡沫。
注入空气传递部执行第一功能和第二功能,上述第一功能为将从空气注入阀注入的空气传输到聚氨酯泡沫储存部的预定破损部位,上述第二功能为放置(mounting)聚氨酯泡沫储存部。
同时,注入空气传递部可设有用于将注入空气传递部安装在空气注入阀的结构(结合部)。当然,不排除结合部和注入空气传递部单独形成而结合的情况,这可通过图4的一实施例确认。为执行第二功能,注入空气传递部可设有放置部,放置部可以具有与聚氨酯泡沫储存部的外形相对应的形状。
结合部具有螺纹结构,结合部的螺纹结构与形成于空气注入阀的螺纹结构相对应。当然,对于结合部不排除螺纹结构以外的可连接空气注入阀和轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置的其他方式的结构。例如,可考虑压缩包裹空气注入阀的侧面外部的压缩管型。
如上所述,结合部可设置于注入空气传递部,当然结合部可由与注入空气传递部单独的部件形成。此时,结合部为与空气注入阀的结合有关的结构,注入空气传递部为与结合部连接的结构。
另一方面,本发明的特征在于注入空气传递部呈管形状。但是不以管形状限定注入空气传递部的形状,在使用时,可根据要求商或制造商决定形状。尤其,以管形状形成时,具有使从空气注入阀注入的空气的流失最小化,并传递到聚氨酯泡沫储存部的预定破损部位的效果(第一功能)。
另一方面,本实施例的一实施例的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置的使用方法包括:在空气注入阀结合空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置的步骤、轮胎上安装空气注入阀的步骤;通过空气注入阀注入空气的步骤、借助被注入的空气使预定破损部位破损的步骤、从聚氨酯泡沫储存部喷射的聚氨酯泡沫飞散而涂敷于聚氨酯泡沫的涂敷区域的步骤。
另一方面,还可包括聚氨酯泡沫涂敷于聚氨酯泡沫涂敷区域后对其进行确认,并利用清洁剂去除脱离涂敷区域的聚氨酯泡沫的步骤。
所述的本发明的说明仅用于例示,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员能够理解可以在不变更本发明的技术思想或必要特征的情况下,容易地以其他不同的具体形态来进行变形。因此,应理解为,以上所述的实施例在所有方面是例示的,而不是限定的。例如,以单一形说明的各个结构要素可分开来实施,同样,分开来说明的结构要素能够以结合形态来实施。

Claims (11)

1.一种空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,用于向轮胎的规定部位喷射并涂敷聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于,包括:
聚氨酯泡沫储存部,用于压缩储存聚氨酯泡沫;
喷射引导部,以将喷射的聚氨酯泡沫向聚氨酯泡沫涂敷区域引导的方式定位,以使所述聚氨酯泡沫仅涂敷于所述轮胎的规定部位;以及
注入空气传递部,用于将从所述空气注入阀注入的空气传递至所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部的预定破损部位,
所述喷射引导部由一个以上的板形成,或者具有趋向轮胎内部越来越宽的形状的一个部件形成,
若借助所述注入空气传递部传递的空气使所述预定破损部位破损,则所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部喷射所述聚氨酯泡沫并使所述聚氨酯泡沫仅涂敷于所述轮胎的规定部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,涂敷所述聚氨酯泡沫的部位为所述轮胎的内衬部位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,在所述注入空气传递部设有用于与所述空气注入阀相结合的结合部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,所述结合部具有螺纹结构,所述结合部的螺纹结构与形成于空气注入阀的螺纹结构相对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,所述注入空气传递部呈管形状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,所述注入空气传递部在所述管形状的末端设有用于放置所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部的放置部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,
在所述喷射引导部由一个以上的板形成的情况下,
所述一个以上的板的一端与所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部或所述空气传递部结合及固定,另一端以自由端的形式形成。
8.一种空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,用于向轮胎的规定部位喷射并涂敷聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于,包括:
注入空气传递部,用于将从所述空气注入阀注入的空气传递至聚氨酯泡沫储存部的预定破损部位;
聚氨酯泡沫储存部,用于压缩储存聚氨酯泡沫;
结合部,用于使所述空气注入阀和所述注入空气传递部相互结合;
喷射引导部,以将喷射的聚氨酯泡沫向聚氨酯泡沫涂敷区域引导的方式定位,以使所述聚氨酯泡沫仅涂敷于所述轮胎的规定部位,
所述喷射引导部由一个以上的板形成,或者由呈越远离所述结合部越宽的形状的一个部件形成,
若借助所述注入空气传递部的空气使所述预定破损部位破损,则所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部喷射所述聚氨酯泡沫并使所述聚氨酯泡沫仅涂敷于所述轮胎的规定部位。
9.一种轮胎空气注入模块,包括根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的空气注入阀结合型聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置。
10.一种轮胎,包括根据权利要求9所述的轮胎空气注入模块。
11.一种空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置的使用方法,所述空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置为根据权利要求1至8中任一项的空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置,其特征在于,包括:
步骤i),将所述空气注入阀结合型轮胎聚氨酯泡沫喷射装置结合在所述空气注入阀的步骤;
步骤ii),轮胎上安装所述空气注入阀的步骤;
步骤iii),通过所述空气注入阀注入空气的步骤;
步骤iv),借助注入的空气使所述预定破损部位破损的步骤;
步骤v),从所述聚氨酯泡沫储存部喷射的聚氨酯泡沫飞散而涂敷于聚氨酯泡沫的涂敷区域的步骤。
