Claims (1)
- 金型の内部に型合わせ面に対して略平行に穿設された主冷却水通路と、金型底面からこの主冷却水通路に直交して先端部がキャビティ近傍部に達するまで穿設された複数の副冷却水通路と、金型底面から外部に開口している副冷却水通路の基端開口部から副冷却水通路内に挿入されて副冷却水通路内を冷却水の往路と復路とに仕切っている仕切板と、副冷却水通路の基端開口部に螺合させることによってこの基端開口部を封止している栓部材とを備えた金型冷却構造において、上記主冷却水通路を副冷却水通路の長さ方向の中央部または該中央部から先端側寄り部分に連通させている一方、上記仕切板と栓部材は別体に形成されていると共に仕切板はその幅を基端部を除いて副冷却水通路の直径寸法よりも小幅に形成されてあり、さらに、仕切板における上記連通部の下方近傍部に位置する仕切板部分に、上記栓部材側から副冷却水通路の基部内を通じて上記連通部側に不純物等が入り込むのを阻止する円板形状の阻止板を装着していると共に仕切板における上記基端部を幅広くして副冷却水通路の基端部内周面に圧接する突縁部に形成していることを特徴とする金型冷却構造。
