Description
−制御表示モジュールは、前記ガラスプレートを覆う反射防止及び擦傷防止偏光フィルムを備えており、
−前記フレームの前記境界部の厚さと、前記ガラスプレート及び前記偏光フィルムの厚さとの間の差は、0.2ミリメートル以下であり、
−前記ガラスプレートの厚さは約1.6ミリメートルであり、前記境界部の前記厚さは約2ミリメートルであり、前記偏光フィルムの厚さは約0.2ミリメートルであり、
−制御表示モジュールは、前記境界部と前記ガラスプレートとの間に介在された第1シールを備え、
−制御表示モジュールは、前記容量性タッチパッドと前記スクリーンとの間に介在された第2シールを備え、
−前記フレームの前記境界部の断面は、丸みを帯びた壁部を有しており、
−前記丸みを帯びた壁部の曲率半径は約0.2ミリメートルであり、
−前記フレームはポリカーボネート材料又はPMMA材料からなり、
−前記フレームは成型されている。
Claims (7)
- スクリーン(2)と、
前記スクリーン(2)の上部に配置された容量性タッチパッド(3)と、
前記容量性タッチパッド(3)を取り囲むフレーム(7)であって、前記フレーム(7)から突出する境界部(8)が前記容量性タッチパッド(3)の周縁部に重なるとともに、前記容量性タッチパッド(3)と前記フレーム(7)との間の空洞を画定するフレーム(7)と、
前記容量性タッチパッド(3)に固着されたガラスプレート(9)であって、前記容量性タッチパッド(3)と前記フレーム(7)の上面との間の高低差を少なくとも部分的に補うように前記空洞を充填するガラスプレート(9)と、
前記ガラスプレート(9)を覆う偏光フィルム(13)と、
前記境界部(8)と前記ガラスプレート(9)の側面との間に介在された第1シール(11)と、
前記容量性タッチパッド(3)と前記スクリーン(2)との間に介在された第2シール(12)と、を備え、
前記第2シール(12)は、前記フレーム(7)の前記境界部(8)に対して容量性タッチパッド(3)を押圧し、
前記第1シール(11)は、前記境界部(8)と前記偏光フィルム(13)の縁部との間に更に介在していることを特徴とする、自動車制御表示モジュール。 - 前記フレーム(7)の前記境界部(8)の厚さ(e1)と、前記ガラスプレート(9)及び前記偏光フィルム(13)の厚さ(e2)との間の差(D)は、0.2ミリメートル以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御表示モジュール。
- 前記ガラスプレート(9)の厚さは約1.6ミリメートルであり、前記境界部(8)の前記厚さ(e1)は約2ミリメートルであり、前記偏光フィルム(13)の厚さは約0.2ミリメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の制御表示モジュール。
- 前記フレーム(7)の前記境界部(8)の断面は、丸みを帯びた壁部(8a)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の制御表示モジュール。
- 前記フレーム(7)の前記境界部(8)の断面は、丸みを帯びた壁部(8a)を有し、
前記丸みを帯びた壁部(8a)の曲率半径は約0.2ミリメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の制御表示モジュール。 - 前記フレーム(7)はポリカーボネート材料又はPMMA材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の制御表示モジュール。
- 前記フレーム(7)は成型されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の制御表示モジュール。
