ートの位置決めを正確に行うことができる表示装置の製造方法を提供することにある。
以下、実施の形態2に係る表示装置1についてその実施の形態を示す図面に基づいて詳述する。実施の形態2に係る表示装置1の構成の内、実施の形態1と同様な構成については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 表面に画像を表示する表示パネルと、該表示パネルの裏面に対向配置された導光板と、前記表示パネル及び導光板の間に介装された複数枚の光学シートと、前記表示パネル及び導光板に挟まれ、前記光学シートを介装するための空間を確保するスペーサとを備える表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記スペーサは、
固化性の液体の塗装及び固化により形成される層であって、前記導光板に固着され、前記空間を確保する空間保持層と、
固化性の液体の塗装及び固化により形成される層であって、前記表示パネル及び空間保持層に挟まれ、前記表示パネルに固着される固着層と
を有し、
前記空間保持層の厚さは、前記複数枚の光学シートのうちの最も表示パネルに近い光学シートを除いた一枚以上の光学シートの厚さの合計よりも厚く、
固化性の液体の塗装及び固化により前記空間保持層を形成する形成工程と、
該形成工程の後、光学シートを積層する積層工程と、
該積層工程の後、固化性の液体を前記空間保持層上に塗装する塗装工程と、
前記塗装工程において塗装された前記液体の固化前に、該液体上に前記表示パネルを載置する載置工程とを有すること
を特徴とする表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記空間保持層の厚さは、前記複数枚の光学シートの厚さの合計よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記固着層の厚さは、前記空間保持層の厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記載置工程後、前記塗装工程において塗装された前記液体の固化前に前記表示パネルを前記表面側から押圧する押圧工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記形成工程及び塗装工程において塗装される前記液体はUV硬化性樹脂であること
を特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記塗装工程において前記空間保持層上に塗装される前記液体は、UV照射から1〜5分後に硬化を開始する材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の表示装置の製造方法。
