Description
(1)基油
本発明の潤滑剤は、上述したように基油として40℃における動粘度が50mm2/s以上であるポリアルファオレフィン(以下、ポリαオレフィンと表記する)を用いる。ポリαオレフィンは、エンジンオイルのベースオイルとして用いることが知られているものであり、上述した特許文献1等の鉱油と比較して耐熱性が高く、蒸発損失が少ない(蒸気圧が低い)ため、熱分解や蒸発による基油含有率の低下を低減することができる。ポリαオレフィンの構造は、以下の(式1)で表される。
本発明の潤滑剤は、上述したように増ちょう剤としてビスアマイド類を用いる。ビスアマイド類は、他の有機系の増ちょう剤(ウレア及びPTFE等)に比べてSF6ガス分解物に対する化学安定性が高い。また、ベントナイト等の無機系の増ちょう剤よりも残渣(アーク放電により分解して発生する増ちょう剤由来の異物)の発生を低減することができる。さらに、ビスアマイド類はポリαオレフィンとの親和性が高く、容易にワックス化することができる。
本発明に係る潤滑剤は、必要に応じて導電性付与剤又は潤滑性付与剤を更に含むものであってもよい。GIS内で潤滑剤を必要とする摺動部は複数存在する。これら摺動部には、導電性が要求される部位や高荷重下での摺動を要求される部位があり、潤滑剤にはそれらの要求性能を付与・強化する事が求められる。
図6は本発明に係るガス絶縁開閉装置の一例を模式的に示す断面図である。図6に示すように、本発明に係るガス絶縁開閉装置100は、主母線1、断路器2、ガス遮断器3、変流器4及びケーブルヘッド5を有し、さらに断路器の内部は接地開閉器(図示せず)を有し、これらが制御盤6によって制御されている。これらの機器は、高電圧導体によって互いに電気的に接続されている。該高電圧導体は、絶縁や消弧のための絶縁ガス(SF6等)を充填した密閉容器内に電気的に絶縁されて収納されている。
(1.1)実施例1、2及び参考例1の潤滑剤の作製
基油としてポリαオレフィン(40℃における動粘度32mm2/s(参考例1)、68mm2/s(実施例1)及び動粘度100mm2/s(実施例2))を85g、増ちょう剤としてメチレンステアリルビスアマイド15gを秤量してビーカーに投入し、マグネチックスターラーにより十分に攪拌して、メチレンステアリルビスアマイドをポリαオレフィンに分散させた。次に、ポリαオレフィンとメチレンステアリルビスアマイドを混合攪拌したビーカーをオイルバスに移し、2℃/minの昇温速度で攪拌しながら加熱した。ビーカー内の温度が140℃に到達した時点で、メチレンステアリルビスアマイドが溶解し、白濁したポリαオレフィンとメチレンステアリルビスアマイドの混合物が透明に変化した。ビーカーをオイルバスから取り出し、室温下で除冷して潤滑剤を得た。
実施例1の潤滑剤に黒鉛粉末と二硫化モリブデンをそれぞれ0.1質量%添加し、実施例3の潤滑剤を得た。
基油としてポリαオレフィンに替えてナフテン系鉱油を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例1の潤滑剤を得た。
増ちょう剤としてメチレンステアリルビスアマイドに替えてベントナイトを用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例2の潤滑剤を得た。
基油としてポリαオレフィンに替えてナフテン系鉱油を用い、増ちょう剤としてメチレンステアリルビスアマイドに替えてリチウム石鹸を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例3の潤滑剤を得た。
(2.1)耐熱性試験
実施例1、2、参考例1、比較例1及び2の潤滑剤について、TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis)測定を行い、10%の重量減少が観測された温度(T10)を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1、参考例1及び比較例1の潤滑剤をシャーレに12g秤量し、大気中、100℃環境下で加熱時間に対する蒸発損失(重量減少率)を測定した。測定には、耐熱性試験と同様にTGA装置を用いた。図1は実施例1、参考例1及び比較例1の蒸発損失と時間の関係を示すグラフである。図1に示すように、ナフテン系鉱油を基油に用いた比較例1の結果と比較すると、実施例1は蒸発損失が1/20以下であり、長期に渡ってグリース性能を維持できることがわかる。
実施例1、2、参考例1、比較例1及び2の潤滑剤について、ちょう度測定試験を行い、低温流動性を評価した。各潤滑剤の室温(17.5℃)でのちょう度を測定し、その後潤滑剤を−45℃環境下で24時間冷却し、冷却後のちょう度を測定した。ちょう度の測定は、JIS規格(JIS K2220)に基づき行った。また、−45℃でのちょう度から室温(17.5℃)でのちょう度を引いた値を差分として算出した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1の潤滑剤の全酸価を評価した。実施例1と比較例1の潤滑剤を洗浄した銅板(50mm×50mm、厚さ5mm)上に膜厚が2mmとなるよう塗布し、電気炉で100℃、大気中で加熱した。加熱中、所定の時間ごとに潤滑剤の一部を採取し、電位差滴定装置で全酸価を測定した。全酸価の測定は、JIS K 2501‐2003に基づき行った。
実施例1と比較例3のSF6ガスの分解物であるHFに対する化学安定性を評価した。アクリル板(30mm×50mm、厚さ0.5mm)上に実施例1と比較例3の潤滑剤を膜厚0.3mmとなるよう塗布し、圧力容器に設置した。遮断試験を実施したGISのタンク内のガスを採取し、分析した結果、226ppmのHFが計測された。このタンク内のガスを上記潤滑剤の圧力容器中に投入し、18日間放置後にサンプルを取り出してFT‐IR(Fourier Transmission InfraRed)により分子構造の変化を測定した。
本測定では、添加剤の効果を検証した。実施例3の潤滑剤を塗布した黄銅製の丸棒(直径30mm、長さ300mm)を、アルミ製ブロック(100mm×100mm、厚さ50mm)に施した直径30mmの通し穴に差込み、黄銅製の丸棒を往復摺動させた。なお、試験は丸棒とアルミ製ブロック間に、摺動中常にDC10Aを印加し、摺動中の接触抵抗を計測した。なお、摺動速度は150mm/sec、摺動回数は10回とした。表3に結果を示す。

- 40℃における動粘度が50mm2/s以上であるポリアルファオレフィンを含む基油と、ビスアマイド類を含む増ちょう剤と、を含むことを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置用潤滑剤。
- 前記増ちょう剤は、メチレンステアリルビスアマイドであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス絶縁開閉装置用潤滑剤。
- さらに、導電性付与剤及び潤滑性付与剤のうちの少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス絶縁開閉装置用潤滑剤。
- 前記導電性付与剤は黒鉛粉末であり、前記潤滑性付与剤は二硫化モリブデンであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のガス絶縁開閉装置用潤滑剤。
- ガス遮断器、断路器、接地開閉器、変流器及び主母線と、を含み、
前記ガス遮断器、前記断路器、前記接地開閉器及び前記変流器は、摺動部を有し、
前記摺動部に請求項1記載のガス絶縁開閉装置用潤滑剤が塗布されていることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
