Claims (14)
- 一方の端部にシール面(6)およびこれと向かい合う端部に端面(9)が構成されたピストン状のノズルニードル(3)が長手方向可動なように中に配置された、燃料により高い圧力のもとで充填可能な圧力室(4)が構成されているノズル本体(2)を有し、前記シール面(6)は少なくとも1つの噴射開口部(8)を開放および閉止するためにノズルシート(5)と協同作用し、および燃料により交番圧力のもとで充填可能な制御室(10)を有し、該制御室を前記ノズルニードル(3)が前記端面(9)によって区切り、それにより前記端面(9)に対する油圧の力によって前記ノズルシート(5)に向かう方向へ力を及ぼすことができる燃料のための噴射ノズル(1)において、前記ノズルニードル(3)は40,000N/mmよりも低い長手方向剛性を有する弾性的な長手方向区域(25)を有し、
前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)の上流側と下流側にそれぞれ案内区域(30;31)が前記ノズルニードル(3)に構成されており、これによって前記ノズルニードル(3)が前記圧力室(4)内で、前記ノズル本体(2)に対し半径方向に案内されることを特徴とする噴射ノズル。 - 前記ノズルニードル(3)の前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)は20,000N/mmよりも低い剛性(c)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)は円筒の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記ノズルニードル(3)は鋼材で製作されており、前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)は1.3から2.0mmの直径(d)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1,2または3に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記鋼材は200,000から230,000N/mm 2 の弾性率を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)は30mmよりも短い長さ(L)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 複数の弾性的な長手方向区域(25;26)が設けられており、各々の前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25;26)は30mmよりも短い長さ(L)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記複数の弾性的な長手方向区域(25;26)の全体剛性は20,000N/mmよりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記ノズルニードル(3)の前記シール面(6)は環状のシールライン(27)を有しており、前記噴射ノズル(1)が閉じた状態のときに該シールラインによって前記ノズルシート(5)の上に載って前記圧力室(4)を前記噴射開口部(8)に対して封止することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記ノズルニードル(3)の前記シール面(6)は環状のシールライン(27)を有しており、前記噴射ノズル(1)が閉じた状態のときに該シールラインによって前記ノズルシート(5)の上に載って前記圧力室(4)を前記噴射開口部(8)に対して封止し、前記弾性的な長手方向区域(25)の直径(d)は前記環状のシールライン(27)の直径(dD)に少なくとも近似的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記圧力室(4)の内部で前記噴射開口部(8)への絞りのない燃料流を保証する通過部(33;34)が前記案内区域(30;31)に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記シール面(6)と反対を向いている前記ノズルニードル(3)の端部は前記制御室(10)を半径方向に区切るスリーブ(23)に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(23)と前記ノズルニードル(3)の間に、前記ノズルシート(5)に向かう方向へ前記ノズルニードル(3)に対して力を及ぼす閉止ばね(24)が圧縮初期応力のもとで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の噴射ノズル(1)。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル(1)を含んでいる、内燃機関の燃焼室へ燃料を噴射するための燃料インジェクタ(100)。
