Description
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関において使用するための燃料噴射器(100)であって、
ボア(11)を含む噴射器本体(10)と、
前記ボア内に位置する噴射器ニードル(12)とを備え、該噴射器ニードル(12)は、噴射器出口(15)からの燃料噴射を制御するためにニードル座部と係合可能な先端領域(14)と、前記先端領域(14)から離れた截頭円錐形の端部(102)とを有しており、
前記燃料噴射器(100)は、また、電機子部材(106)を備え、前記電機子部材(106)は、前記噴射器ニードル(12)の前記截頭円錐形の端部(102)の面上の電機子座部(105)と係合可能となっており、前記噴射器ニードル(12)の一部および前記電機子部材(106)の一部が制御室(104)を画定しており、
前記電機子座部(105)を備える前記噴射器ニードルの前記截頭円錐形の端部(102)は、噴射器ニードル端部外郭(150;152、154)を画定しており、前記電機子座部(105)は、前記噴射器ニードル端部外郭上に位置しており、
また、前記燃料噴射器(100)は、
前記制御室(104)内の燃料圧力変動が前記ニードル座部に対する前記噴射器ニードルの移動を制御するように、前記制御室内の燃料圧力を制御するように設けられたアクチュエータ装置(44)を備え、
前記電機子部材106は、前記噴射器ニードル(12)とソレノイドアクチュエータ(44)との間に位置しており、前記制御室(104)は、前記ニードル(12)の前記截頭円錐形の端部(102)の上に設けられており、
前記アクチュエータ装置(44)は、前記電機子部材(106)が前記電機子座部(105)に係合する着座位置から、前記電機子部材(106)が前記電機子座部に対して移動した離座位置まで、前記電機子部材(106)を移動させることができるように設けられ、これにより、前記制御室(104)を、前記噴射器ニードル(12)の前記截頭円錐形の端部(102)の周囲に配置された低圧排水管(118)と流体連通でき、
前記噴射器ニードルは軸方向穿孔(108)を備え、
前記軸方向穿孔は、第1の端部で高圧燃料源と流体連通し、第2の端部(102)で前記制御室と流体連通することを特徴とする燃料噴射器(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記噴射器本体内の前記ボアは環状通路(16)を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記環状通路(16)は、高圧穿孔(18)を介して、蓄圧器容積部と流体連通することを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記軸方向穿孔は、前記高圧燃料源から前記制御室(104)内への燃料の流れを制御するための制御室充填オリフィス(116)を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1又は4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記軸方向穿孔は、前記噴射器本体の前記ボア内の環状通路(16)と流体連通し、前記環状通路は、高圧穿孔(18)を介して蓄圧器容積部と流体連通することを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器において、
さらに、前記電機子部材(106)を前記電機子座部(105)の方へ偏倚させるように設けられた電機子ばね部材(126)を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器において、
さらに、前記噴射器ニードル(12)を弁座の方へ偏倚させるように設けられた噴射器ニードルばね部材(128)を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記電機子座部(105)を備える前記噴射器ニードルの前記端部は、2つ以上の端部外郭を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記噴射器ニードル(12)の第2の端部(14)は、前記弁座に係合するように設けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項9に記載の燃料噴射器において、
前記アクチュエータ装置は、前記電機子部材(106)が前記電機子座部(105)に係合する着座位置からパイロット噴射位置および主要噴射位置まで前記電機子部材(106)を移動できるように設けられており、前記制御室(104)から前記低圧排水管(118)までの燃料の流量は、前記パイロット噴射位置より前記主要噴射位置での方が大きいことを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器(100)において、
前記アクチュエータ装置(44)は、前記噴射器出口(15)とは反対側の前記噴射器(100)の末端上に設けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射器(100)。
