Description
Claims (8)
- 燃料噴射を制御するためのコモン・レール燃料噴射装置内の構成(4)であって、動作中に噴射される燃料が流れる空間(6)を内部に設けた本体部分(5)と、前記空間(6)に対して開いた燃料入口開口(7)及び燃料出口開口(8)と、可動に配置したピストン手段(9)と、前記入口開口(7)と前記出口開口(8)の間の流路によって形成される流れ接続部とを備える構成において、前記流路が、前記空間内へ開いた少なくとも1つの絞り部(35、40、91、92)を含み、噴射開始時に前記ピストン手段(9)が前記本体部分(5)に対して移動する間に前記絞り部の流れ断面積が増大するように構成されていることを特徴とする構成。
- 前記絞り部がその長手軸に沿う複数の位置に設けた複数の開口(35)を含み、これら開口が前記ピストン手段の内側からその外面へと延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記絞り部が、前記ピストン手段に設けられて該ピストン手段の長手軸の方向に延びる少なくとも1つの開口(35.2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記ピストン手段が、燃料圧力と無関係に動作するアクチュエータ(80)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記絞り部が、該絞り部の流れ断面積を制御するための制御部を有し、その制御部が、前記本体部分(5)の内面と前記ピストン手段(9)の外面との互いの接触等の流れを絞る作用から解放される境界領域によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 燃料入口開口(7)に面する前記ピストン手段(9)の一端部にチャネル(35.2)を設けるとともに、前記本体部分(5)の内周面と前記ピストン手段(9)の外周面との間に、前記チャネル(35.2)によって前記空間(6)に接続された空間部分(6.1)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の構成。
- 前記ピストン手段のばね(10)が、前記空間部分(6.1)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の構成。
- 前記ピストン手段(9)が、管状部片で形成され、前記管状部片の壁厚が内径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
