Description
Claims (7)
- 車輪セット(3)を有するシャシフレーム(2)を備えた当該鉄道車両(1)の軌道レール(4)に沿った走行中に該軌道レール(4)の走行面(15)を再加工するためのフライス装置(5)を有する鉄道車両(1)であって、フライスヘッド(6)を備えた前記フライス装置(5)が、高さ方向に、及びこれに対して横方向に変位可能なフライスヘッド収容部(7)を有する、前記シャシフレーム(2)に配置された支持枠(14)を含んでおり、前記フライスヘッド収容部が、高さ方向のガイドのためにガイドシュー(16)を介して前記走行面(15)で支持可能であり、横方向のガイドのために、フライスヘッドシャフトに対して平行にガイドストッパ(17)を介して側方でレールヘッド(18)において支持可能である、前記鉄道車両において、
前記フライスヘッド収容部(7)が、前記ガイドシュー(16)及び前記ガイドストッパ(17)を支持するクロススライド(9)を形成しており、高さ方向に変位可能な前記クロススライドのガイド軌道(11)が前記フライスヘッド収容部(7)の前記ガイドシュー(16)に向いた側に設けられていること、及び前記フライスヘッド(6)の直径が、前記車輪セット(3)の車輪の直径の最大でも半分に相当することを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 前記ガイドシュー(16)が前記クロススライド(9)の前記ガイド軌道(11)の下方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
- 前記フライスヘッド駆動のためのモータ(8)が、前記フライスヘッド収容部(7)における前記ガイド軌道(11)に対向する側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
- 前記フライスヘッド収容部(7)に対する高さ方向のガイドが、前記クロススライド(9)のための前記ガイド軌道(11)の側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
- 前記クロススライド(9)の高さ方向のガイドのために、前記支持枠(14)において高さ方向に変位可能に支持された作動スライド(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
- 前記クロススライド(9)が、高さ方向のガイドのために、リンク平行四辺形(21)を介して前記支持枠(14)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
- 前記ガイドストッパ(17)が、前記フライスヘッド収容部(7)の横方向のガイドのために、前記フライスヘッド(6)の下方で前記レールヘッド(18)に接触可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両(1)。
