Claims (14)
- 注射器用投与制御機構(10)において、
並目ピッチガイド(20C)を含む内部表面を有するハウジング(20)と、
外部表面および内部環状空間を有するプランジャ(14)と、
ネジ(30)と、
を備え、
前記外部表面は、並目ピッチネジ(14B)を含み、前記プランジャ(14)は、前記ハウジング(20)内部に少なくとも部分的に存在し、前記ハウジング(20)の前記内部表面に沿った前記並目ピッチガイド(20C)は、前記プランジャ(14)の前記並目ピッチネジ(14B)と連結し、
前記ネジ(30)は、細目ピッチネジ(30B)を有し、前記細目ピッチネジ(30B)は、アダプタ(18)の細目ピッチナット(18B)と連結し、前記ネジ(30)は、前記プランジャ(14)の前記内部環状空間に少なくとも部分的に存在し、前記プランジャ(14)および前記ネジ(30)は、前記プランジャ(14)の回転平行移動が前記ネジ(30)の回転および軸方向の平行移動を生じさせるように、回転して締められる、注射器用投与制御機構(10)。 - 前記並目ピッチネジ(14B)および前記細目ピッチネジ(30B)間のピッチ比が、1:1から20:1である、請求項1に記載の投与制御機構(10)。

- 前記ネジ(30)は、ネジ連結部(30A)特徴部と、任意で、リング(32)とを有する、請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載の投与制御機構(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(20)の近位端でハウジング用カバー(16)を更に有し、前記ハウジング(20)は、使用者が前記ハウジング内で前記プランジャの場所を見ることを可能にする為にウィンドウ(20A)を更に有する、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の投与制御機構(10)。
- 前記プランジャ(14)は、前記プランジャ(14)の前記外部表面に一つ以上の投与マーキング(14A)を有し、前記ハウジング(20)は、一つ以上のガイドマーキング(20B)を有し、これらを用いて、前記投与マーキング(14A)を整列させて投与を設定する、請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載の投与制御機構(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(20)に前記プランジャ(14)を下降させる際、前記プランジャ(14)は軸方向に第1距離(D1)だけ平行移動し、前記ネジ(30)を軸方向に第2距離(D2)だけ平行移動させ、前記第1距離(D1)は前記第2距離(D2)より大きい、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の投与制御機構(10)。
