Claims (10)
- デジタル3Dモデルに従って3D物体をプリントするために適用される3Dプリント装置であって、
プリント経路に沿って配置されるプリントベッド、第1の供給プラットフォーム、及び第2の供給プラットフォームを備え、前記プリントベッドが、前記第1の供給プラットフォームと前記第2の供給プラットフォームとの間に配置され、前記第1の供給プラットフォーム及び前記第2の供給プラットフォームが構築粉末を運搬して、前記プリントベッドに前記構築粉末を供給する基台と、
前記基台の上部に配置され、少なくとも1つのプリントヘッド、2つの連結バー及び第1の舗装ローラー及び第2の舗装ローラーを備え、前記第1の舗装ローラーと前記第2の舗装ローラーが、順方向及び逆方向に沿って回転するよう前記プリントヘッドの対応するサイドで移動可能に配置され、前記第1の供給プラットフォーム及び前記第2の供給プラットフォームの前記構築粉末を前記プリントベッドの上に交互に運び、前記プリントヘッドが前記第1の舗装ローラー及び前記第2の舗装ローラーと共に移動し、前記デジタル3Dモデルに従って、前記プリントベッド上に接着剤を層ごとに分配し、前記第1の舗装ローラー及び前記第2の舗装ローラーの2つの対向する端にそれぞれ配置される前記2つの連結バーの各々は、複数の案内溝を有し、前記第1の舗装ローラー及び前記第2の舗装ローラーは、前記案内溝にそれぞれ配置され、前記案内溝の案内により上昇又は下降することで、前記プリントベッドの上に運ばれる前記構築粉末を層ごとに接着して、互いの上面に積層する複数の接着粉末層を連続的に形成して前記3D物体を形成するプリントヘッドモジュールと、を備える、
3Dプリント装置。 - 前記基台は、互いに対向する第1の端及び第2の端をさらに備え、前記第1の供給プラットフォームは、前記第1の端に配置され、前記第2の供給プラットフォームは、前記第2の端に配置される、
請求項1に記載の3Dプリント装置。 - 前記基台は、残った構築粉末をリサイクルするための第1のリサイクルタンク及び第2のリサイクルタンクをさらに備え、前記第1の供給プラットフォームは、前記プリントベッドと前記第1のリサイクルタンクとの間に位置し、前記第2の供給プラットフォームは、前記プリントベッドと前記第2のリサイクルタンクとの間に位置する、
請求項2に記載の3Dプリント装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの舗装ローラーは、
前記第2の端に面する前記プリントヘッドのサイドで昇降可能に配置され、前記第1の供給プラットフォームがプリント参照平面に上昇する場合に、前記プリント参照平面に下降し、前記順方向に沿って回転して、前記第1の供給プラットフォームの前記構築粉末を前記プリントベッドの上に運ぶ前記第1の舗装ローラーと、
前記第1の端に面する前記プリントヘッドのサイドで昇降可能に配置され、前記第2の供給プラットフォームが前記プリント参照平面に上昇する場合に、前記プリント参照平面に下降し、前記逆方向に沿って回転して、前記第2の供給プラットフォームの前記構築粉末を前記プリントベッドの上に運ぶ前記第2の舗装ローラーと、を備える、
請求項2に記載の3Dプリント装置。 - 前記プリントヘッドモジュールは、
前記第1の舗装ローラー及び前記第2の舗装ローラーにそれぞれ巻きつく伝動ベルトと、
第1の方向に沿って回転するように前記伝動ベルトを駆動することで前記第1の舗装ローラーを駆動してプリント参照平面に下降させ、前記第2の舗装ローラーを上昇させ、かつ、第2の方向に沿って回転するように前記伝動ベルトを駆動することで前記第2の舗装ローラーを駆動して前記プリント参照平面に下降させ、前記第1の舗装ローラーを上昇させる駆動ローラーと、をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の3Dプリント装置。 - 前記プリントヘッドモジュールは、
前記駆動ローラーと前記第1の舗装ローラーとの間、及び、前記駆動ローラーと前記第2の舗装ローラーとの間にそれぞれ配置され、前記駆動ローラーの前記駆動によって回転するよう、前記第1の舗装ローラー及び前記第2の舗装ローラーを駆動する複数の伝動ローラーをさらに備える、
請求項5に記載の3Dプリント装置。 - 前記プリントヘッドモジュールは、前記駆動ローラーに接続され、回転するように前記駆動ローラーを駆動する駆動モーターをさらに備える、

前記連結バーの各々の一端に比較的近い第1の上昇端、及び、対応する連結バーの前記一端から比較的離れた第1の案内端を備え、プリント参照平面から離れて前記第1の上昇端に向かう方向に沿って、前記第1の案内端から延びる第1の案内溝であって、各連結バーの2つの対向する端が2つの前記第1の案内溝にそれぞれ位置することで、前記第1の案内溝の案内により、前記第1の上昇端まで上昇するか、又は、前記第1の案内端まで下降する、前記第1の案内溝と、
各連結バーの他端に比較的近い第2の上昇端、及び、各連結バーの前記他端から比較的離れた第2の案内端を備え、前記プリント参照平面から離れて前記第2の上昇端に向かう方向に沿って、前記第2の案内端から延びる第2の案内溝であって、前記第2の舗装ローラーの2つの対向する端が2つの前記第2の案内溝にそれぞれ位置することで、前記第2の案内溝の案内により、前記第2の上昇端まで上昇するか、又は、前記第2の案内端まで下降する、前記第2の案内溝と、を備える、
