Description
本発明は、一具現例において、有機合成繊維と、1つ以上の有機合成繊維融着部と、を含む真空断熱材用芯材を提供する。
本発明は、さらに他の具現例において、有機合成繊維と、1つ以上の有機合成繊維融着部と、を含む真空断熱材用芯材を含む真空断熱材を提供する。
実施例
別のマトリックス樹脂なしに、繊維直径が約10μm〜15μmで、長さが2mm〜3mmであるポリプロピレン(PP)長繊維を紡糸し、前記紡糸されたPP繊維をエンボスローラで押し付けて、1つ以上のPP繊維融着部(融着部の平均直径:538μm、融着部の中心間の距離:1034μm)を含む芯材を製造した。前記芯材を70℃で24時間乾燥した後、100枚積層して、単位面積当りの質量が15g/m2の真空断熱材用芯材として使用した。
芯材を80枚積層して、単位面積当りの質量20g/m2の真空断熱材用芯材として使用したことを除き、前記実施例1と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
芯材を70℃で1時間乾燥したことを除き、前記実施例2と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
芯材を120℃で24時間乾燥したことを除き、前記実施例2と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
芯材を120℃で1時間乾燥して紡糸したことを除き、前記実施例2と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
芯材を40枚積層して、単位面積当りの質量40g/m2の真空断熱材用芯材として使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
平均直径5μmのガラス繊維集合体およびシリカを含む無機バインダーからなる厚さ0.5mmの板状のボードがそれぞれ1層ずつ積層されて複合体として構成された芯材を12×430×912mm(厚さ×幅×長さ)のサイズに製造して、真空断熱材用芯材として使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
グラスウール(Glass wool)無機バインダーを使用して湿式法で10×600×600mm(厚さ×幅×長さ)の芯材を製造した後、真空断熱材用として使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
Claims (13)
- 2mm〜3mmの長さを有する多数の有機合成繊維と、
複数の有機合成繊維融着部と、を含み
前記有機合成繊維融着部は、前記有機合成繊維が融着されて形成され、かつ、前記有機合成繊維融着部のそれぞれは、同一の形態で前記有機合成繊維が融着されて形成されたものであり、
前記有機合成繊維融着部の平均直径は、400μm〜600μmであり、
前記有機合成繊維融着部相互の中心間の距離が750μm〜1100μmである、
真空断熱材用芯材。 - 前記有機合成繊維以外にマトリックス樹脂を含まない、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記有機合成繊維は、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ブタジエン、スチレン、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される1つ以上の樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記有機合成繊維の直径が20μm以下である、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記有機合成繊維融着部は、前記有機合成繊維が融着されて形成される、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記真空断熱材用芯材は、水平に配列された有機合成繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記水平に配列された有機合成繊維は横配列または縦配列を含む、請求項6に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記真空断熱材用芯材の厚さが100μm〜200μmである、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記真空断熱材用芯材が、1つまたは複数の積層構造を有する、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記積層された真空断熱材用芯材の単位面積当りの重量が40g/m2以下である、請求項9に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 前記積層された真空断熱材用芯材の気孔率が60%〜80%である、請求項9に記載の真空断熱材用芯材。
- 2mm〜3mmの長さを有する多数の有機合成繊維を用意するステップと、
前記有機合成繊維を紙形態に紡糸するステップと、
前記紡糸された有機合成繊維を局所的に加熱加圧して融着し、有機合成繊維融着部を複数形成し、
前記有機合成繊維融着部のそれぞれを、同一の形態とし、
前記有機合成繊維融着部の平均直径が400μm〜600μm、前記有機合成繊維融着部相互の中心間の距離が750μm〜1100μmとなるように形成するステップと、
を含む真空断熱材用芯材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用芯材を含む真空断熱材。
