Claims (9)
- ガラス繊維を有する芯材と、
カチオン系界面活性剤を含む分散剤と、を備える真空断熱材。 - 前記分散剤は、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン・乳酸塩、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム塩、アルキルベンジルジメチルアンモニウム塩等のアルキルアミン塩、四級アンモニウム塩から成る群の何れか1種又は2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記分散剤は、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン・乳酸塩、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム塩、アルキルベンジルジメチルアンモニウム塩等のアルキルアミン塩から成る群の何れか1種又は2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- ガラス繊維を有する芯材と、
ノニオン系界面活性剤を含む分散剤と、を備える真空断熱材。 - 前記分散剤は、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、脂肪酸ソルビタンエステル、アルキルポリグルコシド、脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド、アルキルモノグリセリルエーテルから成る群の何れか1種又は2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記分散剤は、ポリビニルアルコールを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材。
- ガラス繊維及びカチオン系界面活性剤又はノニオン系界面活性剤を含む分散剤を準備する工程と、
前記ガラス繊維及び前記分散剤を含む水溶液を抄く工程と、を含む芯材の製造方法。 - 前記界面活性剤が繊維集合体に対して0.5重量部以下の含有量であり、
前記芯材は、湿式抄造法で作製された多層化した繊維集合体を含み、
前記芯材の平均繊維径が10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至6何れか一項に記載の真空断熱材を備えた機器。
