Description
ベルを自転車のハンドルバーに固定するための取付器具と、
取付器具に移動可能に取り付けられたストライカと、
サスペンション手段によって取付器具から離して外向きに支えられた円弧状のリンガーとを備え、サスペンション手段は、リンガーがストライカによって打たれた時に鳴ることができるようにするベルを提供する。
Claims (15)
- 自転車用ベルであって、
前記ベルを自転車のハンドルバーに固定するための取付器具と、
前記取付器具に移動可能に取り付けられたストライカと、
可撓性のサスペンション手段によって前記取付器具から離して外向きに支えられた円弧状のリンガーとを備え、前記サスペンション手段は、前記リンガーが前記ストライカによって打たれた時に鳴ることができるようにするベル。 - 前記円弧状のリンガーは、180度よりも大きい円弧状に延在する請求項1に記載のベル。
- 前記円弧状のリンガーは、概略220度の円弧状に延在する請求項2に記載のベル。
- 前記円弧状のリンガーは、鋼、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、真鍮、銅またはチタンのうちの1以上からなる請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のベル。
- 前記サスペンション手段は、前記円弧状のリンガーが前記ストライカによって打たれた時に鳴ることができるように、1以上の可撓性のバネを備える請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のベル。
- 前記1以上の可撓性のバネは、前記取付器具の外面から外向きに延在するピンの周囲に配置され、前記バネは、外側端部において前記円弧状のリンガーに接続され、前記円弧状のリンガーが前記ストライカによって打たれた時に鳴ることができるように弾力性のある可撓性のものである請求項5に記載のベル。
- 前記バネは、前記円弧状のリンガーが前記取付器具から概略2〜2.5mm離して配置されるような寸法に決められている請求項6に記載のベル。
- 2以上のバネおよびピンが前記円弧状のリンガーの長さに沿って離れて配置され、前記円弧状のリンガーの湾曲部に対して垂直な方向に突出する請求項6または7に記載のベル。
- 前記取付器具の外面から外向きに延在し、前記円弧状のリンガーの凹部内に収容された少なくとも1つの位置決めピンをさらに含み、前記位置決めピンは、前記円弧状のリンガーが前記サスペンション手段の周囲に横向きに移動された場合に前記凹部の内面に接触するように構成され、それにより、前記円弧状のリンガーがさらに横向きに移動して前記取付器具から外れないように補助する請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のベル。
- 前記ストライカは、前記円弧状のリンガーが打たれた時に鳴るようにさせる打撃部と、指を受け止めて前記ストライカを作動させる指パッド部とを含む請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のベル。
- 前記ストライカは、前記取付器具に旋回可能に接続され、停止位置の付勢力に対抗して前記円弧状のリンガーから離れる方向に引っ張られるように構成され、解放された時に、前記ストライカは、前記付勢力のために前記停止位置を通過して旋回し、前記円弧状のリンガーを打って前記円弧状のリンガーを鳴らし、ベルのような音を発生するようにされている請求項10に記載のベル。
- 前記ストライカは、前記取付器具の円弧状のレールに沿って摺動可能であり、停止位置の付勢力に対抗して前記円弧状のリンガーから離れる方向に引っ張られるように構成され、解放された時に、前記ストライカは、前記付勢力のために前記停止位置を通過して摺動し、前記円弧状のリンガーを打って前記円弧状のリンガーを鳴らし、ベルのような音を発生するようにされている請求項10に記載のベル。
- 前記ストライカは、プラスチック、炭素繊維、木材、合金、鋼、真鍮、銅またはインサート金具を有するプラスチックのうちの1以上からなる請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載のベル。
- 前記取付器具は、前記ハンドルバーに取外し可能に取り付けることができるように、解放可能に締め付けることが可能な端部を有する概略円形のループを備え、前記概略円形のループは、前記ハンドルバーの一部の周囲にぴったり合うような寸法に決められた第1の円弧状部と、前記円形のループと前記ハンドルバーとの間の空間を規定する第2の円弧状部とを備え、前記空間は、ギアおよび/またはブレーキケーブルなどの1以上の自転車の操作ケーブルを収容する寸法に決められている請求項1に記載のベル。
- 前記第1の円弧状部は、概略180度〜220度の間の円弧状に延在し、これに応じて、前記第2の円弧状部は、概略180度〜140度の間の円弧状に延在し、前記円弧状のリンガーは、前記概略円形のループの第1の円弧状部の上部に延在する請求項14に記載のベル。
