Claims (9)
- 燃焼エンジンのめくら穴の空き内腔(6)に押し込まれた弁座リング(8)とこのめくら穴の空き内腔(6)の底部(12)との間の軸方向の隙間を計測するバルブ隙間測定装置(2)において、
本装置が、この内腔(6)の少なくとも一つの周囲箇所における隙間を写像する写像光学系(14)を有し、
本装置(2)が、写像光学系(14)の光軸(24)の周囲方向において互いに等しい間隔を開けた少なくとも三つの周囲箇所でのバルブ隙間を同時に計測する、或いは時間的に順番に計測するように構成され、
この写像光学系(14)が、デジタル画像センサ(16)及びこのデジタル画像センサ(16)の後に配置されたデジタル評価機器(18)と画像を伝送する形態で接続されており、
この評価機器(18)が、画像センサ(16)により記録された画像に基づき、隙間の大きさを検出するように構成、装備され、
当該の評価機器(18)が、画像センサ(16)により捉えられた画像に基づき、バルブ隙間の周囲方向において位置解像度を有する形で隙間の大きさの全周にわたる推移を完全に再構成するように構成、装備されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 当該の隙間を画像センサ(16)に写像するために、有利には、45°の角度で配置された少なくとも一つの偏向ミラー(20,26)が、少なくとも三つの周囲箇所でのバルブ隙間を時間的に順番に計測するために測定ヘッドに配置され、或いは、有利には、45°の角度で配置された少なくとも三つの偏向ミラー(20,26)が、少なくとも三つの周囲箇所でのバルブ隙間を同時に計測するために測定ヘッドに配置されており、この測定ヘッドが、弁座リング(8)により境界を画定された中空空間(22)に挿入可能な内視鏡として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 測定ヘッドには、写像光学系(14)の光軸(24)の周囲方向において互いに間隔を開けた少なくとも二つの偏向ミラー(20,26)が、少なくとも三つの周囲箇所でのバルブ隙間を時間的に順番に計測するために配置され、或いは、写像光学系(14)の光軸(24)の周囲方向において互いに間隔を開けた少なくとも三つの偏向ミラー(20,26)が、少なくとも三つの周囲箇所でのバルブ隙間を同時に計測するために配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該の偏向ミラー(20,26)が、写像光学系(14)の光軸(24)の周囲方向において互いに等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 当該の写像光学系(14)がテレセントリックな光学系であることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の写像光学系(14)の焦点を異なる半径方向の場所に合わせる焦点調節手段が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の焦点調節手段がオートフォーカス機器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 弁座リング(8)により境界を画定された中空空間(22)に測定ヘッドを自動的に挿入して、測定実施後に測定ヘッドを引き戻す操作手段(28)が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の操作手段を駆動する制御手段(30)が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
