Claims (13)
- 自動車のホイールサスペンション用の板ばね装置であって、
板ばね(2)であって、繊維強化されたプラスチック材料からなる第1のばね部分(3)と、鋼材料からなる第2のばね部分(4)とを有し、前記第1のばね部分(3)と前記第2のばね部分(4)とは、互いに結合されており、前記自動車の車両長手方向軸に平行に延びる方向において、前記第2のばね部分(4)の長さ(L4)に対する前記第1のばね部分(3)の長さ(L3)の比は、2より大きく、弛緩された状態において前記第1のばね部分(3)は、下凸の反りを有し、前記第2のばね部分(4)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)を起点として下向きに曲げられており、下凹の反りを有する、板ばね(2)と、
前記板ばね(2)の第1の端部区分(5)が支持されている第1の取着装置(28)と、
前記板ばね(2)の第2の端部区分(12)が支持されている第2の取着装置(29)と、
を備え、
前記第1の取着装置(28)及び前記第2の取着装置(29)は、前記板ばね(2)の前記第1の端部区分(5)及び前記第2の端部区分(12)が互いに対して相対的に移動不能に保持されているように構成されており、
前記第2のばね部分(4)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)に荷重が加わったとき、前記板ばね(2)の前記第1の端部区分(5)に向かって曲げられ、かつ前記第1のばね部分(3)は、前記板ばね(2)に荷重が加えられた組み付け状態で、最大に沈み込んだとき、下凹の反りを有する、
ことを特徴とする、板ばね装置。 - 前記第2のばね部分(4)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)に結合されている少なくとも1つの第1のばね層(4’)及び第2のばね層(4‘‘)を有する、請求項1に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第1のばね層(4‘)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)の上側に結合されており、前記第2のばね層(4‘‘)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)の下側に結合されている、請求項2に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第2のばね部分(4)は、長手方向で延在する少なくとも1つのスリット(25)を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記スリット(25)の少なくとも1つの端部(26,26‘)は、前記第2のばね部分(4)の一方の縁部から間隔を置いている、請求項4に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第2のばね部分(4)の最大の曲率半径(R14)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)の最大の曲率半径(R3)より小さい、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第1のばね部分(3)は、接続構成部材を取着する中央の取着領域(6)を有し、前記中央の取着領域(6)は、前記第1のばね部分(3)を3つの部分に分けたときの中央の部分に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記中央の取着領域(6)は、前記第1のばね部分(5)の、前記中央の取着領域(6)に接続する領域より大きな厚さ(D6)を有し、前記接続する領域は、前記板ばねに荷重が加えられていない組み付け位置において、前記中央の取着領域(6)を基点として両側に前記第1のばね部分(5)のそれぞれの端部に向かって上り勾配をなす、請求項7に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第2のばね部分(4)は、前記第2のばね部分(4)の長手方向延在に沿った長さにわたって可変の厚さ(D)を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第1のばね部分(3)と前記第2のばね部分(4)とは、オーバラップ領域(7,15)において互いに結合されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第1のばね部分(3)の前記下凸の曲率と、前記第2のばね部分(4)の前記下凹の曲率とは、前記オーバラップ領域(7,15)において互いに移行する、請求項10に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第2のばね部分(4)は、ばね鋼から製造されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
- 前記第1の取着装置(28)及び前記第2の取着装置(29)の少なくとも一方は、それぞれに対応する前記端部区分(5,12)が、前記車両長手方向軸に対して横方向に延びる旋回軸(x)周りに旋回可能に支持されているように構成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の板ばね装置。
