Claims (7)
- 腐食性ガスを誘導するために設けられた複数のガス路を有している、内燃機関(1)のためのシリンダヘッド(10)において、
複数の前記ガス路それぞれの全体が、腐食性ガスが漏出しないように互いに接続されている複数のパイプを具備するパイプ構造体(12)で内張りされており、これにより、前記パイプ構造体(12)の内周面が、前記ガス路のガス接触面(11a)として形成されており、
前記パイプ構造体(12)が、腐食性ガスに対する耐腐食性を有する耐腐食性材料から作られていることによって、前記ガス接触面(11a)も、腐食性ガスに対する耐腐食性を有しており、
前記パイプ構造体(12)が、腐食性ガス入口側及び/又は腐食性ガス出口側に、少なくとも1つの密封面(13)を備えており、その結果として、前記ガス路(11)の前記パイプ構造体(12)を通じて誘導されるべき腐食性ガスを、漏出することなく導入及び/又は排出することが保証されることを特徴とするシリンダヘッド(10)。 - 複数の前記ガス路内の腐食性ガスを誘導するために設けられたすべてのガス路の前記ガス接触面(11a)が、耐腐食性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)。
- 前記シリンダヘッド(10)が、腐食し易い材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)。
- 前記シリンダヘッド(10)が、鋳造材料から作られており、
耐腐食性材料で形成されるガス接触面(11a)は、前記ガス路(11)内における耐腐食性材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)。 - 複数の前記ガス路内の耐腐食性材料で形成されるガス接触面(11a)を具備する少なくとも1つの前記ガス路(11)が、前記腐食性ガスと共に空気を取り込むように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)を具備する内燃機関(1)であって、該内燃機関(1)には排ガスリサイクルシステムが備わっており、耐腐食性材料で形成されるガス接触面(11a)を具備する少なくとも1つの前記ガス路(11)が、排ガス・空気混合気のためのシリンダヘッド入口として前記排ガスリサイクルシステムに接続されていることを特徴とする内燃機関(1)。
- 前記耐腐食性材料は、耐腐食性鋳鉄または耐腐食性鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(10)。
