Description
次いで、図5を参照して、上述した原理どおり行われる、本発明による耐震補強及び品質管理が可能なC.G.S工法の一実施例の過程について詳しく説明する。
Claims (3)
- 地盤の内部にグラウトを注入するように備えられた注入管を地盤に挿入する注入管挿入段階;
上記注入管挿入段階で挿入された注入管を通じて上記地盤の内部に上記グラウトを単位時間当たり定量ずつ既設定された定圧の注入圧で注入する注入段階;
上記注入段階で注入される上記グラウトの吐出圧力である吐出圧を測定する圧力測定段階;
上記圧力測定段階で測定された上記吐出圧の測定値の変化に応じて上記注入段階の上記グラウトの注入圧、及び上記グラウトを定量ずつ注入する単位時間のうちの少なくとも一つ以上を調節する注入調節段階;及び
上記グラウトの注入が完了された後、上記注入管が上記地盤に挿入された深度を変更する深度変更段階を含み、
上記注入調節段階は、
上記圧力測定段階で測定される深度別上記吐出圧の変化量値が大きくなるとき、上記注入段階の上記グラウトの注入圧を上記既設定された定圧に比べて低く調節し、
上記圧力測定段階で測定される深度別上記吐出圧の変化量値が小さくなるとき、上記注入段階の上記グラウトを定量ずつ注入する単位時間を増やす、耐震補強及び品質管理が可能なC.G.S工法。 - 上記注入段階は、
上記深度変更段階の後、再び注入段階を行うとき、上記注入調節段階で調節された設定で上記グラウトを注入する、請求項1に記載の耐震補強及び品質管理が可能なC.G.S工法。 - 上記注入段階は、
上記グラウトを注入する時設定される単位時間当たり注入量が、上記グラウトが注入される地盤の地盤透水係数の50倍以下になるように設定される、請求項1または2に記載の耐震補強及び品質管理が可能なC.G.S工法。
