次いで、図5ないし図7を参照して、上述した原理どおり工程を行うことができる、本発明による耐震補強及び品質管理のためのC.G.S注入管理図獲得装置の一実施例の構成に対して詳しく説明する。
Claims (3)
- 地盤の内部でグラウトを単位時間当たり定量ずつ既設定された定圧の注入圧で注入するポンプユニット;
上記ポンプユニットによって上記地盤の内部に注入される上記グラウトが上記ポンプユニットから吐出される圧力である吐出圧を測定するセンサーユニット;及び
上記ポンプユニットが供給する上記グラウトの単位時間当たり注入量及び上記センサーユニットで測定された上記吐出圧に基づいて深度別注入管理図を算出するモニタリングユニットを含み、
上記ポンプユニットが、上記グラウトを定量ずつ注入する単位時間を調節する速度モジュールと、上記グラウトの単位時間当たりの注入圧を調節する圧力モジュールとを含み、
上記モニタリングユニットにより算出される上記深度別注入管理図が、上記注入圧を上記注入量で割った数値であり、
算出される上記深度別注入管理図の数値が均一に算出されるように、上記深度別注入管理図の数値が大きくなった場合は上記注入圧が上記既設定された定圧よりも低くなるように上記圧力モジュールを制御し、上記深度別注入管理図の数値が小さくなった場合は上記グラウトを定量ずつ注入する単位時間を増やすように上記速度モジュールを制御する、耐震補強及び品質管理のためのC.G.S注入管理図獲得装置。 - 上記モニタリングユニットは、
上記モニタリングユニットによって算出された上記深度別注入管理図の数値を上記グラウトが注入される注入深度別に使用者に提供する情報提供モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載の耐震補強及び品質管理のためのC.G.S注入管理図獲得装置。 - 上記モニタリングユニットは、
上記深度別注入管理図の数値が変動したことを使用者に知らせるアラームモジュールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の耐震補強及び品質管理のためのC.G.S注入管理図獲得装置。
