Claims (16)
- 左心耳閉塞デバイスであって、
左心耳内への移植後に左心房に対面するための近位面を有する近位端部、移植後に前記左心耳内に対面するための遠位端部、および側壁部を有する拡張可能連続気泡発泡体であって、前記発泡体の遠位端は、移植後に前記左心耳に面する遠位開口を備える、拡張可能連続気泡発泡体と、
前記発泡体の前記側壁部が、移植後にステントと前記左心耳との間にクッションを提供するように、前記側壁部に沿って前記発泡体内に支持された自己拡張可能なステントであって、複数の近位尖部と複数の遠位尖部とを画定する複数のストラットを備えるステントと、
前記発泡体の少なくとも一部分を覆う抗血栓性カバーと、
を備えることを特徴とする左心耳閉塞デバイス。 - 前記抗血栓性カバーはメッシュを備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記抗血栓性カバーはePTFEを備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記抗血栓性カバーは、前記発泡体の前記近位端部の少なくとも一部分上にある、請求項3に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の近位端部の少なくとも一部を覆う前記抗血栓性カバーは、メッシュを備える、請求項4に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の側壁が前記遠位開口を形成する、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の側壁上に少なくとも1つの組織内部成長表面を備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記近位端部に解放可能に取り付けられた縫合糸をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体が、非拘束拡張状態で円筒状である、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのアンカーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアンカーが、組織貫通要素を備える、請求項10に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。

- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性マーカが、放射線不透過性糸を備える、請求項12に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体が、ポリカーボネート−ポリウレタン尿素発泡体を備える、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体は、約20F未満の内径を有する送達カテーテル内に圧縮され得るものであり、前記送達カテーテルから解放された際に少なくとも約25mmの直径へと自動拡張し得る、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
- 前記発泡体は、抗血栓性を向上させるための材料で被覆されている、請求項1に記載の左心耳閉塞デバイス。
