Description
Claims (8)
- 自動車用照明装置のための光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)であって、光を入力結合するための光入射面(14)と、光射出面(16)を通して前記光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)から光を出力結合するための光射出面(16)との間に延びる光ガイド区域(12)を有しており、
前記光射出面(16)は射出面長手方向(22)に沿って長尺状に延びる面として構成されており、
前記光ガイド区域(12)は前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)に向かう方向に延びる少なくとも第1の側面および第2の側面(34,36)を有しており、それにより光を内部全反射のもとで前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)へとガイドすることができるようになっている前記光ガイド部材において、
前記光入射面(14)は前記光射出面(16)に対して形状に関して相違しており、
前記光ガイド区域(12)は前記光入射面(14)を直接的に起点として前記光射出面(16)に向かう方向に延びる屋根区域(32)を有しており、該屋根区域では前記第1の側面(34)と前記第2の側面(36)が射出面長手方向(22)に対して斜めに傾いて互いに近づくように延びるとともに、前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)へと向かう方向に延びる前記光ガイド区域(12)の屋根状の背面を形成しており、
前記光ガイド区域(12)は、前記屋根区域(32)の前記側面(34,36)が互いに近づくように延びる方向で屋根隅棟面(38)により区切られており、前記屋根隅棟面(38)は、前記第1の側面(34)と前記第2の側面(36)との間でそれぞれこれらに直接的に接するように延びるとともに、前記光射出面(16)と平行な断面で見て前記光ガイド区域(12)が射出面長手方向(22)に対して垂直に延びる仕切エッジ(30)を有するように構成され、
前記屋根隅棟面(38)は、その全長に亘って、前記光入射面(14)を起点として前記光射出面(16)に向かう方向であって前記第1の側面(34)と前記第2の側面(36)が合流する方向に湾曲する凹面状の形状を有し、
前記第1の側面(34)と前記第2の側面(36)とは捩れ平面として形成されている
光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)。 - 前記光ガイド区域(12)は、前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)に向かう方向に延び、前記屋根区域(32)の前記側面(34,36)のうちの一方に沿って直接的に接するように延びる少なくとも1つの別の光ガイド面(42)によって区切られており、前記光ガイド面(42)は射出面長手方向(22)と平行に延びるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)。
- 前記屋根隅棟面(38)は、前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)へと延びる方向に対して垂直方向に、前記光入射面(14)から前記光射出面(16)へと至る前記屋根隅棟面(38)の過程で増加していく横方向長さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)。
- 前記屋根区域(32)の前記第1の側面(34)は鋭角の第1の設定角度(α1)、前記第2の側面は鋭角の第2の設定角度(α2)をそれぞれ射出面長手方向(22)に対して有しており、前記第1の設定角度(α1)は数値的に前記第2の設定角度(α2)と相違していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の光ガイド部材(80)。
- 前記光ガイド区域(12)は、前記屋根区域(32)と反対向きの方向で、前記光入射面(14)と前記光射出面(16)の間で平面状に延びる屋根対応平面(40)により区切られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のうちいずれか1項に記載の光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90)。
- 前記光射出面(14)は、射出面長手方向(22)の長手方向長さと射出面長手方向(22)に対して垂直方向の横方向長さとを有しており、前記長手方向長さは前記横方向長さよりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のうちいずれか1項に記載の光ガイド部材(10,70,80,90,100)。
- 自動車ヘッドライトのための光モジュール(120)であって、
光を放射するための半導体光源のマトリクス状の構造を有しており、
光入射面(14)と光射出面(16)をそれぞれ有するマトリクス状に配置された光ガイド部材(112)を備えた一次光学系(110)を有しており、
それぞれ1つの光入射面(14)が1つの半導体光源に付属しており、前記光ガイド部材の前記光射出面(16)はマトリクス状に配置されるとともに一次光学系射出面(114)を形成しており、
且つ前記光モジュールの作動時に前記一次光学系(114)で生じる光分布を希望される放射光分布の生成のためにヘッドライトないし光モジュールの手前に位置する前方区域へ結像するようにセットアップされた二次光学系(122)を有している、そのような光モジュールにおいて、
前記光ガイド部材(112)は請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に基づいて構成されていることを特徴とする光モジュール(120)。 - 前記半導体光源は光を放射するための光放射面(75)を有しており、前記光放射面(75)は形状に関して付属の前記光入射面(14)と相違していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光モジュール(120)。
