Description
本実施形態に係る燃焼システム制御装置は、図1に示す電子制御装置(ECU80)により提供される。ECU80は、マイクロコンピュータ(マイコン80a)や、図示しない入力処理回路および出力処理回路等を備える。マイコン80aは、図示しない中央処理装置(CPU)およびメモリ80bを備える。メモリ80bに記憶された所定のプログラムをCPUが実行することで、マイコン80aは、燃焼システムが備える燃料噴射弁15、燃料ポンプ15p、EGRバルブ17a、調温バルブ17d、および過給調圧機器26等の作動を制御する。これらの制御により、燃焼システムが備える内燃機関10での燃焼状態は、所望の状態に制御される。燃焼システムおよびECU80は車両に搭載されたものであり、当該車両は、内燃機関10の出力を駆動源として走行する。
本実施形態に係る燃焼システム制御装置のハード構成は、図1に示すECU80と同一である。但し、本実施形態に係る燃焼システム制御装置は、以下に説明するエミッション推定手段、燃焼状態推定手段、噴射状態推定手段、燃焼環境取得手段を備える。
以上、発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、以下に例示するように種々変形して実施することが可能である。各実施形態で具体的に組合せが可能であることを明示している部分同士の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、明示してなくとも実施形態同士を部分的に組み合せることも可能である。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(10)を有する燃焼システムの作動を制御する燃焼システム制御装置において、
燃料に含まれている各種成分の混合割合を取得する混合割合取得手段(S10)と、
前記内燃機関の燃焼室(11a)へ噴射される燃料の噴射状態を表した噴射指標を、前記混合割合取得手段により取得された前記混合割合に基づき推定する噴射状態推定手段(S25)と、
少なくとも前記噴射状態推定手段の推定結果に基づき、前記燃焼システムの作動を制御する制御手段(S15、S16)と、
を備え、
前記混合割合の推定対象となる成分は、分子構造の種類の違いにより分類される成分であり、
前記噴射指標には、前記燃焼室へ噴射された燃料の貫徹力の増大しやすさを表した貫徹力指標、および噴霧を構成する燃料の粒径の小径化しやすさを表した粒径指標が含まれることを特徴とする燃焼システム制御装置。 - 前記分子構造の種類には、直鎖パラフィン類、側鎖パラフィン類、ナフテン類および芳香族類の少なくとも1つが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼システム制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の排気に含まれている特定成分の発生度合いを、前記混合割合に基づき推定するエミッション推定手段(S13、S23)を備え、
前記制御手段は、少なくとも前記エミッション推定手段の推定結果に基づき、前記燃焼システムの作動を制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃焼システム制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関での燃焼状態を前記混合割合に基づき推定する燃焼状態推定手段(S24)を備え、
前記制御手段は、少なくとも前記燃焼状態推定手段の推定結果に基づき、前記燃焼システムの作動を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の燃焼システム制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の燃焼室(11a)で燃焼が生じる前における燃焼環境のうち、前記燃焼室の温度、前記燃焼室における混合気の流速、前記燃焼室の酸素濃度の少なくとも1つを取得する燃焼環境取得手段(S21)を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記混合割合に加えて前記燃焼環境取得手段の推定結果に基づき、前記燃焼システムの作動を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の燃焼システム制御装置。
