Description
本発明のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法において、前記リチウムイオン浸出液は、廃リチウムイオン電池を焙焼、粉砕したものを、塩酸を除く鉱酸及び水に浸漬して得たものであることが好ましい。
Claims (9)
- リチウムイオン浸出液を濃縮させて、リチウムイオン濃度を1%〜40%としたリチウムイオン濃縮液からなることを特徴とするコンクリート構造体改善用溶液。
- コンクリート構造体を構成するコンクリートのアルカリ骨材反応を抑制するアルカリ骨材反応抑制用溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液。
- コンクリート構造体を構成するコンクリートの凝結を促進する凝結促進用溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液。
- コンクリート構造体を構成する鉄筋に錆が生じることを防止する防錆用溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液。
- リチウムイオン浸出液を濃縮させて、リチウムイオン濃度を1%〜40%としたリチウムイオン濃縮液からなるコンクリート構造体改善用溶液を得ることを特徴とするコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン浸出液は、廃リチウムイオン電池を焙焼、粉砕したものを、塩酸を除く鉱酸及び水に浸漬して得たものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン浸出液は、リチウムイオン電池を製造したときにリチウムイオンを含有するものを浸漬して得た製造廃液であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン濃縮液は、前記リチウムイオン浸出液を濃縮した後、消石灰を添加して沈殿物を除去したものであることを特徴とする請求項5から7の何れか1項に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン濃縮液は、前記リチウムイオン浸出液に消石灰を添加して沈殿物を除去後、濃縮したものであることを特徴とする請求項5から7の何れか1項に記載のコンクリート構造体改善用溶液の製造方法。
