Description
ポゾランを含まない生石灰に基づいた従来型のグラウトと同様に、建物、道路、及び浴槽の構造物にポゾラングラウトを含む多様なグラウトを用いた。グラウチングの最も普及した使用の1つは、隣接する石又はタイル、特に後者は、例えば、床、壁及び特にシャワーエンクロージャの空間を密閉することである。そのような表面の構造物において、基質、例えば、タイル又は石は、一般的にセメント系のタイル接着剤を使用して表面に付着される。一般的に、各タイル又は石は、比較的均一な間隔だけ隣接するものから離され、この結果として、基質間に隙間を作り出す。この隙間は、非常に高鉱物含有量の「グラウト」で満たされている。

- 0.1〜10wt.%の式:

Yは、窒素、酸素、硫黄、又は炭素を介して結合されるx価のポリマー基であり、
Rは、同一又は異なる、置換されてもよい一価のSiC結合炭化水素基であり、
R1は、同一又は異なり、かつ水素であるか、又は窒素、リン、酸素、硫黄、又はカルボニル基を介して炭素に結合されてもよく、かつ置換されてもよい一価の炭化水素基であり、
R2は、同一又は異なり、かつ水素であるか、又は、置換されてもよい一価の炭化水素基であり、
xは、1〜10の整数であり、
aは、同一又は異なり、かつ0、1又は2であり、
bは、同一又は異なり、かつ1〜10の整数である。)

0.1〜30wt.%の式:

c+dの和が≦3であり、かつc=0又は1の式(II)のユニットが、少なくとも50%である。)
のユニットのみからなり、かつ式(II)の全ユニットの少なくとも10%が、少なくとも1つのSi−C結合フェニル基を有する(B)シリコーン樹脂成分と;
0.1〜3wt.%の、(C)一以上の界面活性剤と;
50〜95wt.%の、(D)骨材と;
を含んでなる、グラウト組成物。 - 前記成分(A)、(B)及び(C)の量が、硬化前の前記ポリマーグラウトの全重量に基づいて、10〜20wt.%である、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記骨材が、砂、炭酸カルシウム、又はそれらの混合物を含んでなる、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記骨材が、0.02mm〜1.0mmのふるいサイズを有する粒子の混合物を含んでなる、請求項3に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記骨材が、平均粒子径15〜25μmを有する炭酸カルシウム、10μm未満の平均粒子径を有する炭酸カルシウム、及びナトリウム−カリウムアルミノケイ酸塩の混合物である、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記骨材が、0.33/0.25mmのふるいサイズを有する砂、0.25/0.21mmのふるいサイズを有する砂、及び0.21/0.177mmのふるいサイズを有する砂の混合物を含んでなる、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記(A)成分が、ジメトキシメチルシリルメチルカルバメート末端ポリエーテルを含んでなる、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 前記(E)成分が、N−(2−アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランと、ビニルトリメトキシシランとの混合物を含んでなる、請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のグラウト組成物の製造方法であって、
成分(A)と成分(B)とを予め混ぜて、樹脂混合物を供給することと;
成分(D)を予め混ぜて、骨材混合物を供給することと;
前記樹脂混合物に成分(C)を添加し、そして前記樹脂混合物を混ぜることと;
前記樹脂混合物中に前記骨材混合物を添加して、グラウト混合物を供給すること、但し、前記樹脂混合物が前記骨材混合物を湿らして、グラウト混合物を形成することと;
湿気の浸入を防ぐ容器の中に前記グラウト混合物を置くことと、
