また、前記断路保護スイッチ(10)は、可動接点端(101)及び静止接点端(102)を含み、前記可動接点端(101)は、形状記憶合金により形成され、前記可動接点端(101)及び前記静止接点端(102)は、常温状態で接触して電気を通し、記憶温度に達した時に、前記可動接点端(101)は、記憶形状に回復し、前記静止接点端(102)から離れて電気を遮断する。
補助セラミック加熱器NTCの特徴は、温度が上昇するについて、その内部抵抗が減少するということである。該部品は、断路保護スイッチに補助用の熱を提供するとともに、実際には4列のモジュラーバッテリーのうちの電圧が最も高いバッテリーコアの電圧を採用して放電し、ワーキング中では、モジュラーバッテリーパックの一致性(今の中国国内でのバッテリーコアのレベルから見れば、一般的には、電池使用1年後に、自己放電の微差により、パックの中のバッテリーコアの一致性が低下し、性能が低下する)のバランスを取り、電池状態の安定性を保つことができる。
本発明の好ましい実施形態を説明したが、本発明はこの実施形態に限定されず、本発明の趣旨を離脱しない限り、本発明に対するあらゆる変更などは、本発明の技術的範囲に属する。
Claims (8)
- リチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
リチウムイオン電池パック(40)の充電回路に設置される断路保護スイッチ(10)を含み、
前記断路保護スイッチは、形状記憶合金の異なる温度下での形状変化により、前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)の充電回路のオン又はオフを実現し、
モニタリング・電熱制御回路(20)、及び、前記断路保護スイッチ(10)の側に設置される加熱器(30)を更に含み、
前記モニタリング・電熱制御回路(20)は、一端が前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)に接続され、他端が前記加熱器(30)に電気接続され、前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)をモニタリングし、モニタリング結果に基づいて前記加熱器(30)の加熱を制御するために用いられ、
前記加熱器(30)は、セラミック加熱器であり、主セラミック加熱器PTC及び補助セラミック加熱器NTCを含み、
前記主セラミック加熱器PTC及び前記補助セラミック加熱器NTCは、協同して実質的にコンスタントなアンペアレベルの負荷を維持する、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
前記断路保護スイッチ(10)は、可動接点端(101)及び静止接点端(102)を含み、
前記可動接点端(101)は、形状記憶合金により形成され、
前記可動接点端(101)と前記静止接点端(102)は、常温状態で接触して電気を通し、
記憶温度に達した時に、前記可動接点端(101)は、記憶形状に回復し、前記静止接点端(102)から離れて電気を遮断する、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
前記断路保護スイッチ(10)は、可動接点端(101)、静止接点端(102)、及び弾性片(103)を含み、
前記弾性片(103)は、形状記憶合金により形成され、
前記弾性片(103)は、常温状態で前記可動接点端(101)を前記静止接点端(102)へ押圧することにより、前記可動接点端(101)と前記静止接点端(102)が接触して電気を通すようにさせ、
記憶温度に達した時に、前記弾性片(103)は、記憶形状に回復し、前記可動接点端(101)は元の状態に戻り、前記静止接点端(102)から離れて電気を遮断する、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
前記可動接点端(101)及び静止接点端(102)の表面には銀メッキされている、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
前記モニタリング・電熱制御回路(20)は、前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)をオフして保護する必要があるパラメータをモニタリングした時に、前記断路保護スイッチ(10)が記憶温度に達するように前記加熱器(30)を制御して加熱させるために用いられる、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項5に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
前記モニタリング・電熱制御回路(20)は、具体的に、前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)をオフにして保護する必要があるパラメータをモニタリングした時に、前記リチウムイオン電池パック(40)のうちの電圧が比較的高いバッテリーコアの電圧を用いて、前記断路保護スイッチ(10)が記憶温度に達するように前記加熱器(30)を駆動して加熱させるために用いられる、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項1、5、又は6に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
アルミ製の台座(50)を更に含み、
前記断路保護スイッチ(10)は、前記台座(50)に固定され、前記加熱器(30)は、前記台座(50)の下方に設置される、リチウムイオン電池保護器。 - 請求項7に記載のリチウムイオン電池保護器であって、
外殻(1)を更に含み、
前記断路保護スイッチ(10)、前記台座(50)、前記加熱器(30)、及び前記モニタリング・電熱制御回路(20)はすべて前記外殻(1)内に設置される、リチウムイオン電池保護器。
