Claims (10)
- 物品であって、
SiC繊維、SiCの多孔質マトリックス並びに該多孔質マトリックスの孔の少なくとも一部に溶融含浸されたケイ素及びホウ素を含むセラミック基板と、
ケイ素含有ボンドコートを含む耐環境保護コーティング系と、
セラミック基板とケイ素ボンドコートの間の拡散バリア層と
を備えており、
拡散バリア層がセラミック基板と直接接しており、且つ、ケイ素含有ボンドコートが拡散バリア層と直接接しており、
拡散バリア層が、セラミック基板からケイ素含有ボンドコートへのホウ素及び不純物の拡散を防止又は低減する、物品。 - 前記マトリックスがケイ素と炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項1記載の物品。
- セラミック基板の前記ケイ素が、ホウ素以外の不純物を合計1原子%未満の濃度でしか含まない、請求項1又は2記載の物品。
- 前記拡散バリア層が炭化ケイ素又は窒化ケイ素である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の物品。
- 前記拡散バリア層が1μm〜150μmの厚さである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の物品。
- 前記耐環境保護コーティング系が、1種以上の希土類ケイ酸塩をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記溶融含浸されたケイ素及びホウ素が、溶融含浸で前記基板に加えられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の物品。
- 前記溶融含浸されたケイ素が前記セラミック基板の10%である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品がタービンエンジン部品である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記耐環境保護コーティング系の上限温度が2700°Fである、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
