Description
第6発明の要旨とするところは、回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、前記油圧制御装置は、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置とを含み、前記非前進レンジは後進レンジおよびニュートラルレンジであり、前記制御装置によって後進レンジであると判断された場合、ニュートラルレンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合、および前進レンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断するものである。このようにすれば、前記電磁弁にフェールが発生した場合に、前記係合要素に油圧が供給されることを抑制でき、前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段の形成を好適に防止できる。また、後進レンジおよびニュートラルレンジでの車両後進時に、前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段の形成を好適に防止でき、前記電磁弁のフェール時におけるショックの発生を抑制できる。さらに、前進レンジでの車両後進時に、前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段の形成を好適に防止でき、前記電磁弁のフェール時におけるショックの発生を抑制できる。
Claims (6)
- 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記非前進レンジは、ニュートラルレンジであり、
前記制御装置によってニュートラルレンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記制御装置によって前進レンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記非前進レンジは、後進レンジおよびニュートラルレンジであり、
前記制御装置によって後進レンジであると判断された場合およびニュートラルレンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記非前進レンジは後進レンジであり、
前記制御装置によって後進レンジであると判断された場合、および前進走行レンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記非前進レンジはニュートラルレンジであり、
前記制御装置によってニュートラルレンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合、および前進レンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 回転機及び有段変速機を備え、駆動源と車輪との間の動力伝達経路に前記回転機と前記有段変速機とが直列に設けられた車両用自動変速機において、
前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において車両後進可能なギヤ段および車両後進不可能なギヤ段が形成され、
非前進レンジでは、前記有段変速機において前記車両後進可能なギヤ段と同一のギヤ段が形成され、
前記有段変速機に対して供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記油圧制御装置を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記有段変速機において前記車両後進不可能なギヤ段を成立させるための係合要素に油圧を供給する電磁弁と、
前記電磁弁に対して上流側の油路に設けられ、該油路に対して油圧を供給する状態と油圧の供給を遮断する状態とを切り替える油路切替装置と
を含み、
前記非前進レンジは後進レンジおよびニュートラルレンジであり、
前記制御装置によって後進レンジであると判断された場合、ニュートラルレンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合、および前進レンジでありかつ車両後進走行が行われていると判断された場合に、前記制御装置による前記油路切替装置の制御を通じて、該油路切替装置により前記油路への油圧の供給を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。
