Description
Claims (5)
- シート状部材を変形させて所定の形状に成形するシート状部材の成形方法であって、
前記シート状部材を、第1金型の第1方向に凹状に形成された第1成形部の中に、第1押込み部材により前記第1方向に押し込み、前記第1成形部の形状に沿った第1形状に成形する第1工程と、
前記第1成形部の中に押込まれた状態の前記第1形状のシート状部材を、第2金型の前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に貫通する第2成形部の中に、第2押込み部材により前記第2方向に押し込み、前記第2成形部の形状に沿った前記所定の形状に成形する第2工程と、
を備え、
前記第2成形部は、前記シート状部材の前記第2方向としての押込み方向の上流側から下流側に向かって幅が狭くなるように傾斜して形成されており、
前記第2工程では、前記シート状部材は前記第2成形部の下流側端部の形状に沿った前記所定の形状に成形されることを特徴とするシート状部材の成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載のシート状部材の成形方法において、
前記第2工程の後に行われ、前記第2押し込み部材を、前記第2形成部の前記第2方向としての押込み方向の下流端まで押し込むことで、前記所定の形状に成形された前記シート状部材を、前記第2成形部から取り出して前記第2成形部の下方に配置されたステータコアのスロットに挿入する第3工程を備えることを特徴とするシート状部材の成形方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシート状部材の成形方法において、
前記第2成形部には、前記シート状部材の一方の端部と他方の端部とが前記第1方向において重なるように、前記一方の端部を前記他方の端部の外側に誘導する誘い込み部が形成され、
前記第2工程では、前記シート状部材は前記誘い込み部の形状に沿って変形され、前記一方の端部と前記他方の端部とが重なる前記所定の形状に成形されることを特徴とするシート状部材の成形方法。 - シート状部材を変形させて所定の形状に成形するシート状部材の成形装置であって、
第1方向に凹状に形成された第1成形部を有し、前記シート状部材を前記第1成形部の形状に沿った第1形状に成形する第1金型と、
前記シート状部材を、前記第1成形部の中に前記第1方向に押し込み、前記第1形状に成形する第1押込み部材と、
前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に貫通する第2成形部を有し、前記第1形状のシート状部材を前記第2成形部の形状に沿った前記所定の形状に成形する第2金型と、
前記第1成形部の中に押込まれた状態の前記第1形状のシート状部材を、前記第2金型の中に前記第2方向に押し込み、前記所定の形状に成形する第2押込み部材と、
を備え、
前記第2成形部は、前記シート状部材の前記第2方向としての押込み方向の上流側から下流側に向かって幅が狭くなるように傾斜して形成されていることを特徴とするシート状部材の成形装置。 - 請求項4に記載のシート状部材の成形装置において、
前記第2成形部は、前記シート状部材の一方の端部と他方の端部とが前記第1方向において重なるように、前記一方の端部を前記他方の端部の外側に誘導する誘い込み部を有することを特徴とするシート状部材の成形装置。
