表4に示す化学組成を有する鋼2A〜2Kを、表5及び6に示す条件下で熱間圧延し、鋼シート1〜66を製造し、熱間圧延は、最終厚さが約3.0〜3.5mmであった。ランアウトテーブル上の冷却速度は、表5及び6に挙げた全ての熱間圧延鋼シートに関して50℃/sであった。熱間圧延鋼シートは、酸洗してから試験(引張試験、穴広げ試験、曲げ性試験、及び疲労試験)した。場合により、鋼シートは、穏やかに研磨し、熱間圧延による表面粗さを除去してから試験した。
表8に化学組成を示す鋼3A及び3Bを、表9に示す条件下で熱間圧延し、鋼シート1〜8を熱間圧延で最終厚さ約3.0〜3.5mmに製造した。ランアウトテーブル上の2種類の冷却速度、即ち50および100℃/s、を使用した。熱間圧延鋼シートを酸洗してから、引張試験及び穴広げ試験にかけた。場合により、鋼シートは、穏やかに研磨し、熱間圧延による表面粗さを除去してから、試験した。

前記高強度熱間圧延鋼シートは、析出強化された単相フェライト系微細構造であって、該単相フェライト系微細構造におけるフェライト相の体積画分が97%以上であり、パーライトとセメンタイトを総画分で3%を超えて含むことはない単相フェライト系微細構造を有し、該単相フェライト系微細構造における析出物がMo及びV及び所望によりNbを含む複合炭化物の析出物を含んでなり、
・引張強度が少なくとも580MPaで、穴広げ率が90%以上、又は
・引張強度が少なくとも750MPaで、穴広げ率が60%以上、又は
・引張強度が少なくとも980MPaで、穴広げ率が30%以上
であることを特徴とする、高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。 - 前記単相フェライト系微細構造における前記析出物は、Mo及びV及びNbを含む複合炭化物の析出物からなる、請求項1に記載の高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。
- 前記単相フェライト系微細構造における前記析出物は、Mo及びVを含む複合炭化物の析出物を含み、この複合炭化物の析出物はNbを含まない、請求項1に記載の高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。
- 前記鋼が、
・少なくとも1.2%のMn及び/又は
・少なくとも0.02%のAl sol及び/又は
・少なくとも0.04%のV及び/又は
・少なくとも0.1%のMo及び/又は
・少なくとも0.02%のC及び/又は
・少なくとも0.002%のN
を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。 - 前記単相フェライト系微細構造がチタン系析出物又はチタン系介在物を含まない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。
- 重量百分率で表したC、Nb、V及びMoの前記含有量が式
- 重量百分率で表したNb、V及びMoの前記含有量が式
- 重量百分率で表したC、N、Nb、V、Mo及びAlの前記含有量が式
- 重量百分率で表したAl及びNの前記含有量が式
- 前記鋼シートが、表面上に亜鉛系めっき被覆を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の高強度熱間圧延鋼シート。
- 析出強化された単相フェライト系微細構造であって、該単相フェライト系微細構造におけるフェライト相の体積画分が97%以上であり、パーライトとセメンタイトを総画分で3%を超えて含むことはない単相フェライト系微細構造を有し、該単相フェライト系微細構造における析出物がMo及びV及び所望によりNbを含む複合炭化物の析出物を含み、少なくとも550MPaの引張強度を有し、かつ、
・引張強度が少なくとも580MPaで、穴広げ率が90%以上、又は
・引張強度が少なくとも750MPaで、穴広げ率が60%以上、又は
・引張強度が少なくとも980MPaで、穴広げ率が30%以上
である高強度熱間圧延鋼シートの製造方法であって、
最大0.15%のC、最大0.5%のSi、0.5〜2.0%のMn、最大0.06%のP、最大0.008%のS、最大0.1%のSol.Al、最大0.02%のN、0.02〜0.45%のV、0.05〜0.7%のMo、0.01〜0.058%のNb、及び残部Fe及び不可避な不純物のみからなる鋼スラブを熱間圧延し、前記熱間圧延をAr3変態点以上の仕上げ熱間圧延温度で仕上げ、前記熱間圧延した鋼シートを700〜585℃の温度範囲でコイル巻きすることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記鋼シートを10℃/s〜150℃/sの平均冷却速度でコイル巻き温度に冷却する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記高強度熱間圧延鋼シートの表面に亜鉛系のめっきを施すことをさらに含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
