Description
(a)該ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて80〜99重量%の、1つ以上のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位と、
(b)該ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0.1〜10重量%の、アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸またはそれらの混合物の重合単位と、
(c)該ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0.1〜15重量%の、イタコン酸の1つ以上のジアルキルジエステルの重合単位と、
(d)該ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0〜20重量%の、1つ以上の他のモノマーの重合単位と、を含むポリマーを含む、該水性接着剤組成物である。
(A)水性接着剤組成物の層を第1の基材に適用することと、
(B)該水性接着剤組成物の該層を乾燥させて乾燥接着剤層を生成することと、
(C)該乾燥接着剤層を第2の基材と接触させることと、を含み、
該接着剤組成物が、
(a)1つ以上のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位と、
(b)アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸またはそれらの混合物の重合単位と、
(c)イタコン酸の1つ以上のジアルキルジエステルの重合単位と、
(d)任意選択的に、1つ以上の他のモノマーの重合単位と、を含むポリマーを含む、方法である。
BA=ブチルアクリレート
2−EHA=2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート
MMA=メチルメタクリレート
DBI=イタコン酸ジブチル
APS=過硫酸アンモニウム
NaPS=過硫酸ナトリウム

Claims (5)
- ポリマーを含む水性接着剤組成物であって、前記ポリマーが、
(a)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて80〜99重量%の、1つ以上のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位と、
(b)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0.1〜10重量%の、アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸またはそれらの混合物の重合単位と、
(c)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて2〜15重量%の、イタコン酸の1つ以上のジアルキルジエステルの重合単位と、
(d)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0〜20重量%の、1つ以上の他のモノマーの重合単位と、を含む、前記水性接着剤組成物。 - 前記ポリマーが、70,000〜300,000の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、−30℃以下のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、
(a)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて80〜99重量%の、1つ以上のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位と、
(b)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0.1〜10重量%の、アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸またはそれらの混合物の重合単位と、
(c)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて2〜15重量%の、イタコン酸の1つ以上のジアルキルジエステルの重合単位と、
(d)前記ポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0〜20重量%の、スチレン、酢酸ビニル、(メタ)アクリルアミド、イタコン酸、イタコン酸のアルキルモノエステル類、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される1つ以上のモノマーの重合単位と、のみからなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
