Description
本願は、2013年9月19日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/879,468号及び2014年7月15日に出願された別の米国特許仮出願第62/024,999号の優先権主張出願である。
Claims (14)
- 針及び針ルーメンを備える外科用器械に、取り付け可能な外科用アクセスポート組立体であって、
直径が約3mm以下であって、前記針ルーメンを長手方向に挿通させる中空カニューレと、
前記中空カニューレの近位端部に取り付けられ、この近位端部から外方に拡大する径で形成されるテーパ付きハブと、を含み、前記テーパ付きハブは、前記外科用アクセスポート組立体を患者の体内に挿入した状態で前記外科用器械を交換することができるように、少なくとも1つの内側リングを構成する内側開口テーパ付き部分を有し、少なくとも1つの内側リングの圧縮を介して前記外科用器械の前記針ルーメンの前記内側開口テーパ付き部分に対応した外側テーパ付き部分を取り付けて固定するようになっており、
前記外科用アクセスポート組立体には封止弁及び封止機構体がなく、且つ前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、前記テーパ付きハブの内側部分から前記テーパ付きハブの径の中央に向かって延びる、外科用アクセスポート組立体。 - 前記中空カニューレの遠位端部は、鈍い(ブラントな)形状である、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記中空カニューレの遠位端部は、鋭い(シャープな)形状である、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、3つの内側リングで構成され、3つの内側リングの各々は、前記外科用アクセルポート組立体を外科用器機に固定して且つ外科用アクセスポート組立体をシーするように構成されている、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、Oリングである、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記Oリングは、ゴム、フォーム、プラスチック、シリコーン、フルオロカーボン樹脂、ポリマー、エラストマー、ニトリルの何れか又はこれらの組み合わせからなる、請求項5記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記テーパ付きハブを封止するキャップを更に含む、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 外科用器械であって、
針及び針ルーメンを備える外科用器械と、外科用アクセスポート組立体と、を有し、
前記外科用アクセスポート組立体は、直径が約3mm以下であって、前記針ルーメンを長手方向に挿通させる中空カニューレと、
前記中空カニューレの近位端部に取り付けられ、この近位端部から外方に拡大する径で形成されるテーパ付きハブと、を含み、前記テーパ付きハブは、前記外科用アクセスポート組立体を患者の体内に挿入した状態で前記外科用器械を交換することができるように、少なくとも1つの内側リングを構成する内側開口テーパ付き部分を有し、少なくとも1つの内側リングの圧縮を介して前記外科用器械の前記針ルーメンの前記内側開口テーパ付き部分に対応した外側テーパ付き部分を取り付けて固定するようになっており、
前記外科用アクセスポート組立体には封止弁及び封止機構体がなく、且つ前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、前記テーパ付きハブの内側部分から前記テーパ付きハブの径の中央に向かって延びる、外科用器械。 - 前記中空カニューレの遠位端部は、鈍い(ブラントな)形状である、請求項8記載の外科用器械。
