Description
Claims (14)
- 回転軸(5)を規定する旋回接合部(4)上で互いに旋回可能に支持される第1のロッド(2)および第2のロッド(3)を備え、前記第1のロッド(2)が前記旋回接合部(4)の片側に第1のジョー(8)を備え、前記第2のロッド(3)が前記旋回接合部(4)の同じ側に前記第1のジョー(8)と共働するように設けられた第2のジョー(9)を備え、前記ジョー(8)および前記ジョー(9)には、骨または骨プレートと接触するように準備された接点(13)が画定されている整復鉗子(1)において、
前記接点(13)が、前記旋回接合部を含み前記回転軸(5)が垂直に延びる共通の旋回面において可動であり、
前記ジョー(8;9)のうちの第1のジョーが、前記旋回面から変位して前記旋回面に対し平行に延びる面に延びる部分を有し、前記旋回面に対し平行に延びる面に形成された湾曲部分を含み、前記ジョー(8;9)のうちの第2のジョーが、前記旋回面に形成されるS曲線部分を含むことを特徴とする、整復鉗子(1)。 - 前記ジョー(8)および前記ジョー(9)のうちの一方だけが、前記旋回面に対し平行な前記面の方向に向きを付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第1のジョー(8)が下側分岐部として構成され、前記第2のジョー(9)が上側分岐部として構成され、前記旋回面から見たとき前記下側分岐部の自由端が前記上側分岐部の下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第2のジョー(9)が完全にまたは概ね前記旋回面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第2のジョー(9)が、前記旋回面において前記旋回接合部(4)と前記第2のジョー(9)の前記自由端との間に1つ、2つまたは3つ以上の方向変化部分(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記方向変化部分(18)において前記第2のジョー(9)が方向の変化、およそ75°からおよそ115°の曲げまたは急な曲げを示すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記方向変化部分(18)が切粉取り過程により生成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第1のジョー(8)および/または前記第2のジョー(9)が前記旋回接合部(4)からそれぞれの前記自由端まで連続的にまたは段階的に細くなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第1のジョー(8)が、前記旋回面に対し平行に延びる前記面において前記旋回接合部(4)と前記第1のジョー(8)の前記自由端との間に1つ、2つまたは3つ以上の向き変化部分(20)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記向き変化部分(20)において、前記第1のジョー(8)が方向の変化、およそ75°からおよそ115°の曲げまたは急な曲げを示すことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 方向変化部分(18)と向き変化部分(20)が、前記ジョー(8)または前記ジョー(9)のそれぞれに同じ向き変化をさせることを特徴とする、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記第2のジョー(9)を設けられた前記第2のロッド(3)が、前記第2のロッド(3)の長手方向軸線(15)をとり前記旋回面と一致する作業面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 接続片(21、22)が、前記旋回面に対して交差する方向に向きを付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
- 前記向き変化部分(20)のうちの2つおよび/または少なくともそれらの間に配置された部分が、前記旋回面に対し平行に延びる前記面に完全に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の整復鉗子(1)。
