Description
− LEDが青色光を発し、第1の変換部61100内で緑色/青色光に変換され、その後、赤色蛍光体として設けられた第2の変換部によって白色光に変換される、及び

Claims (15)
- 光出口面を有する光源と、
光を第1の波長から第2の波長に変換する波長変換素子であって、互いに対してゼロではない角度で延在する光出口面及び光入口面を有する当該波長変換素子と、
ヒートシンクと、
前記波長変換素子と接触し、前記ヒートシンクと熱接続し、前記ヒートシンクと前記波長変換素子との間に挟まれるよう配置された光導入素子と
を含み、
前記光源は、前記波長変換素子の前記光入口面から距離を空けて配置され、
前記光導入素子は、前記波長変換素子の屈折率よりも低い屈折率を有するよう選択される、発光装置。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記波長変換素子の2以上の面を覆う、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源は基板上に設けられ、前記基板はヒートシンクであり、前記ヒートシンクは熱接続される、請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光導入素子の屈折率は、1.0〜1.7の範囲内であり、前記波長変換素子の屈折率は、1.5〜2.0の範囲内である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光導入素子は、100μm未満の厚さを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源の前記光出口面は、光を拡散反射する所定の表面粗さRAを有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子に面する前記ヒートシンクの表面は、光を拡散反射する所定の表面粗さRAを有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子は、単結晶材料及び/又はモノリシック多結晶材料を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子は、YAG、LuAG、LuGaAG、又はLuYAGを含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光導入素子は、有機若しくはシリコーンベースのオイル若しくは接着剤、又はフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子は、前記光出口面が、前記波長変換素子の反対側の面よりも大きいよう成形される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子は、くさび又は錐台として成形される、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 少なくとも、前記波長変換素子の前記光出口面の反対側の前記波長変換素子の面に面して、距離を空けて配置された少なくとも1つの反射要素を更に含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子からの距離は、前記第1及び第2の波長より長い、請求項13に記載の発光装置。
- ランプ、照明モジュール、照明器具、スポットライト、フラッシュライト、プロジェクター、デジタル投影装置、自動車照明、自動車のヘッドライト若しくはテールランプ、アリーナ照明、劇場照明、又は建築照明における、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置の使用。
