電解質;
正極、負極及び分離膜の積層面が曲面(curved surface)を含む電極積層体;
前記電極積層体の電極タブと接続される電極リード;及び
前記曲面に対応する曲面が形成されている収納部に前記電解質と電極積層体を内蔵し、前記電極リードが外部に露出した状態で開口部が密封されている電池ケース;を含むパウチ型電池セルであり得る。

Claims (9)
- 平板本体と、
前記平板本体から陥没した構造となっており、装着される電池セルの曲面構造に符合する曲面が形成されている1つ以上のリブを含む基底平面、及び前記基底平面を平板本体と連結する側壁で構成されている、1つ以上の電池セル装着部と、
を含み、
前記リブは、前記基底平面と対面する第1平面、及び前記第1平面に対向する第1曲面で構成されており、前記第1平面と第1曲面のそれぞれの両端が互いに連結されている構造からなることを特徴とする、電池セルトレイ。 - 2つ以上のリブを含んでおり、前記リブは互いに離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記側壁は平板本体から延長形成されており、 基底平面は側壁から延長形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記側壁は平板本体に結合されており、 基底平面は側壁から延長形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記側壁は平板本体に結合されており、 基底平面は側壁に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記電池セル装着部は、
電池セルの本体の形状に対応する収納空間が形成されている電池セル本体装着部と、
前記電池セル本体装着部の一部から電極リードの突出方向に延長形成されている電極リード装着部と、
で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。 - 前記側壁のうち1つ以上の側壁には開口が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記側壁のうち1つ以上の側壁には1つ以上の陥没部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 隣接配列されている2つ以上の電池セル装着部間に形成されている側壁のうち1つ以上の側壁には、互いに対面する位置で陥没部が互いに連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
