Claims (9)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체가 전지케이스(셀 케이스)의 수납부에 장착되어 있는 전지셀로서, 상기 수납부에 전극조립체가 장착된 상태에서 전극조립체 상단 경계면에 대응하는 셀 케이스의 부위에는, 전극조립체의 상단면을 가압하여 상향 이동을 방지할 수 있는 미세 그루브가, 상기 전극조립체 상단면에 평행하게 연속하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세 그루브의 깊이는 0.5 내지 1.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세 그루브는 수직 단면상으로 반원의 만입형 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 만입형 반원 구조의 미세 그루브는 0.3 내지 3 mm의 곡률 반경(R)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀 케이스는 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전지셀이 팩 케이스의 내부에 장착되어 있는 구조의 전지팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스의 내면과 전지셀의 미세 그루브 사이에는 상기 미세 그루브에 의한 냉매 유로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스의 내면은 전지셀의 미세 그루브에 대응하는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
